Now at 7751 Belfort Parkway, Franklin Street will lease the Corner Lot Development Group building at 1611 Atlantic Blvd. “We feel strongly about the growth in the urban core and wanted to be part of that synergy,” said Franklin Street Managing Director Carrie Smith on April 27. Jacksonville-based Corner Lot is moving to a Riverside building it bought in November. It will relocate Corner Lot Development Group, Corner Lot Living and Breeze Homes. Corner Lot CEO Andy Allen said April 27 the company initially intended to keep some of the functions in the San Marco building but Franklin Street needed all the space. Winn-Dixie opening Wine & Spirits store along Beach The city issued permits April 27 for Jacksonville-based Southeastern Grocers to build-out a Wine & Spirits liquor store within its Winn-Dixie supermarket at 11380 Beach Blvd. and to renovate the store to accommodate it. Williams & Rowe Co. Inc. is the contractor for the $630,000 project in Town Center Village. It comprises a $450,000 renovation of the 40,685-squarefoot store and a separate $180,000 build-out of 2,665 square feet for the Wine & Spirits space. A company spokesperson previously confirmed that the Wine & Spirits liquor store will open this summer.
