Michael Kies grew up on a farm in the Barossa Valley. He knows what it’s like to ‘do it tough’. In the late 1980’s, Michael chose to walk away from the constant battle of farming. He wasn’t sure what to do with his life, so he bought a supermarket. “That was like being in prison,” Michael recalls. “I couldn’t wait to get out of it.” Finally, when all seemed lost, Michael got a job in real estate.
