John's trip to the UK turned out to be a fruitful one, he participated in the BETT show in London where he was on the stage as one of the invited speakers alongside representatives from the Department of International Trade as well as from the British Embassy in Bangkok to launch BETT Asia to the audience and show how FOBISIA supports the event. John also had the chance to speak at the LEARNIT event at the Excel Exhibition Centre in London as a panelist on the topic of Tech in the Classroom-Widening the Net. In addition to his speaking engagements, John held many key meetings; he met with the iQTS team at the Department for Education (DfE), Donna Stevens, the Chief Executive of the Girls’ Schools Association in the UK, Sarah Chigdey and members of her team at the Department for International Trade (DIT) that are responsible for International Education, as well as Colin Bell, the CEO of COBIS.
