Tutor Profile Programme Tutor Sabehia specialises in organisational development, leadership, and executive coaching, she has over 20 years’ experience working in over 30 countries with global clients, government organisations and the third sector.
Sabehia Mohamed
She was formerly a senior consultant with KPMG and Sheppard Moscow. Prior to becoming a consultant she was the head of a human resource department managing 30 staff and providing services to over 14,000 employees. She is passionate about helping people and organisations unleash their potential to enhance work performance. She believes in valuing people’s diverse strengths and enabling them to realise what makes them truly authentic and effective. She is pragmatic and solutions focused in facilitating organisational change, effective team working and individual behavioural change. Challenging yet supportive, she enables individuals to develop deeper awareness of their thinking, emotions and behaviours in order to develop themselves and improve their performance. Assignments have included designing and facilitating top leadership team development programmes, including debriefing the CEO and senior managers on their 360° leadership assessment and facilitating a series of workshops on effective team working; leadership development modules for managers in the financial sector, highly experiential programmes aimed at helping managers increase their self-awareness, develop influencing and networking skills and managing their impact and reputation in the organisation; facilitating a leadership development programme to help senior managers manage transition in the organisation to change the behaviours and culture of the organisation for performance improvement.

Tutor Profile Programme Tutor Arlette is a Director of The London Centre for Leadership, a bespoke consultancy specialising in leadership development, organisational change and team development.
Arlette Ghelfi
She has over 30 years’ experience in helping people manage change for themselves and their organisation, and in leadership development. During this time she has worked with many senior leaders in business and public sectors. She has worked in many countries and cultures and is highly skilled in enabling people working on diverse and difficult change and leadership issues. She has been visiting faculty of Henley Business School for many years where she has designed and led leadership interventions for several of their clients. She has also been involved in programmes for INSEAD, the London Business School and the UK National School of Government during its existence. Some of her key clients have included Action for Children, Danone, Deloitte, Qinetiq and various clients of Henley Business School. She has also facilitated on a programme for the Ministry of Education in Jamaica. For the last six years Arlette has been involved in codesigning and leading the Johnson Matthey Global Management Development Programme and has developed an understanding and knowledge of the business worldwide. She has lived in France, the US, Switzerland and the UK and is currently based in Nice. She is bilingual (French/English) and also has a working level of Spanish. She has been involved in helping women who have been subjected to abuse and violence. Her key values are respect, integrity and development. She is committed to enabling individuals and organisations to develop their potential and believes she can help by encouraging and creating a safe space for meaningful conversations and effective work.

She is one of Henley’s Executive Coaches and a Graduate of Henley’s MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change. Claire delivers modules on high profile clients customised programmes and delivers on the Innovation elective for the Henley MBA. Claire’s commercial background is in marketing and innovation. Her marketing experience focussed primarily in the retail sector, where she worked for Marks and Spencer, Mars, the Arcadia Group and eventually British Airports Authority (BAA), where she was the group’s Retail Marketing Director, co-responsible for turning airports very profitably into shopping malls. She developed her innovation credentials with Synectics, a Global Innovation Consultancy, where she was a Partner, facilitating creative breakthrough thinking with client teams, to generate fresh strategies, products and processes to grow their businesses. She specialised in the field of Consumer Insight-led Innovation, creating radical new platforms for growth. Prior to joining Henley Claire worked with a number of global clients in various sectors including fmcg, professional services and manufacturing, some of which included Unilever, Glaxo SmithKline, Coca Cola, Nestle, M&S, Deloitte, PwC, Ernst and Young, IMI and ICI. Her first degree is in Modern Languages and Philosophy.
