MWS Empowerun Methodist Welfare Services (MWS) is organising MWS Empowerun Virtual Run 2021 to mark its 40th year of empowering the lives of the disadvantaged and distressed. This virtual event allows you to complete either 20km or 40km at your own pace, in any location within 23 October and 7 November 2021. The registration fee is $40 and includes a run pack consisting of a t-shirt and backpack. Keep the names coming in. Pray fervently. Names will be submitted to the Prayer Ministry for prayer 1.that the Lord soften the hearts of our loved ones, that they may turn to Him and be saved. 2.that God send Christians into the lives of our loved ones, to share and encounter the gospel with them. My Testimony As we pray for our family members, we would like you to share testimonies of how God has blessed and challenged you in this area. Believers in Victory Ephesians 1:15-23 Question 1 Paul prays for believers to have the eyes of our hearts enlightened (1:18). Is there something that you might have as a treasure of your heart right now other than Christ? Question 2 As believers in Christ, our victory is secured because God has raised us up and seated us with Him in heavenly places in Christ (2:6). What is something that you are facing now that might distract you from this reality or cause you to doubt God? Question 3 God has enabled us with His power to stand firm against the schemes of the devil. (6:10-11) What is one verse or passage in the Bible that you can wield to help you stand firm against the devil's lies?
