SUN TIP 1:
UVA Rays are the Aging Rays. They account for 95% of the UV radiation that reaches earth. They penetrate deeper into the skin and play a large part in skin aging and wrinkling. UVB Rays are the Burning Rays. They cause sunburns and damage to the surface cells of the skin, and are dangerous near reflective surfaces like water and snow.
SUN TIP 2:
Slop it on! Most people don’t use enough sunscreen: only 25 -30% of the recommended amount! And don’t forget a hat!
