Ginger Lime Mule Mocktail
A gingery-lime sparkling mocktail that promotes healthy digestion. It’s just the thing for fancy spring dinners with loved ones.
Ingredients:
- 2 Traditional Medicinals Organic Ginger tea bags
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 2 Tbsp Crooked Hills Honey
- 2 limes
- La Croix Lime, Sparkling Water
Directions:
1. Brew 2 tea bags of ginger tea with ½ cup boiling water, cover, and let steep for 10 minutes. Squeeze out excess tea from tea bags and compost, retaining the ginger tea.
2. Add 1 Tbsp honey into each cocktail glass.
3. Squeeze half of a lime into each glass and stir well until the honey is dissolved.
4. Taking the cooled ginger tea, divide the liquid between the two glasses. Add in ice, top with sparkling water and a lime wedge.
5. Drink and enjoy! Makes two drinks.
