GUSTO'S Denver, Colorado Gourmet Catering Paleo and Gluten-Free Food Truck Summary This is all or nothing! Please help Gusto’s startup funding goal. Gusto's is a gourmet local catering and mobile food truck that will provide gluten free, paleo menu that revolves around local seasonal vegetables, fruits and meats from local producers. Gusto's will fill the void for a healthier tasty option. Gusto's will NOT serve any food that contains, gluten, added sugar, or processed foods. Gusto's will also have frozen ready to warm and serve meals to take home and keep handy for those days you need a quick meal. Help fund Gusto's to get real food out to Denver's metro area.

Location Location is everything. Gusto's is mobile and will cover the Denver Metro area.

Menu Gusto's Sample Menu Scotch Eggs: A boiled free range egg wrapped in pork sausage and served with a Sweet potato pancake Sunshine grilled chicken thighs: served with sunshine sauce, a mix of green beans, red bell pepper and mango Cottage Pie with a twist: grass fed beef, peas, and carrots, topped with cauliflower mash Thai roasted spaghetti squash Marketing Strategy Gusto’s will provide catering to the local community, business and a variety of events such as weddings, family parties and local sporting events. The mobility of Gusto’s expands its ability to bring the seasonal food to a larger area. Parties and banquets as part of key life events (birthdays, weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs, engagements, bridal and baby showers, retirement parties, etc.) or for a business (holiday or end-of-year parties, retirements, honoree galas, etc.)

Communication: Events to communicate a message for the benefit of attendees or the press (product launches, press events, trade shows, conferences, presentations, lectures, fundraisers) or to stimulate discussion (corporate meetings, summits, etc.) Gusto's will communicate through Facebook, twitter and Yelp.

Financial Plan Gusto’s startup cost will come from an SBA loan for the purchase of a mobile food truck approximately $45,000 to $60,000. $10 thousand for food truck improvements and $10 thousand for food and Supplies The following financial goals are for Gusto's first three years: 1. Gusto’s first year will set up with Fitness events and Farmer Markets events during the weekend.

2. Book a catering event once per a month and by the end of year two have a minimum of two catering events a month.
