Sea Rescue & Conservation Centre has not really been appreciated in Malaysia because these type of programmes are not commercial enough to generate income. Since Malaysia is surrounded by the sea, these programmes should be encouraged and improvised to support and generate a good economy to the area and the community around it.
The site will be in Chukai town, Kemaman, Terengganu. The purpose of the building is to produce an innovative and unconventional design of an interactive Sea Rescue & Conservation Centre which are allocated for educational, commercial, and emergency events.
Site C is an open car park located at the strait of kemaman river with 114 existing car parks and 17 for motorbike.Total site area is 8136.4 sqm (2 acres). I t connects the commercial area with the playground at the corner, It also acts as an important pin point as works as a stop by area to slow down the circulation movement.

Life in university is often competitive, repetitive, stressful, boring, and tiring. Student housing can be the escape island of the university for students to relax and enjoy doing their hobbies outdoor and indoor. The project emphasized on strengthen the student community, creating more opportunity on social spaces and also connecting student activities with natural landscape. The idea is to combining both social spaces and nature, forming a mountain of fun and exciting spaces, increasing the variety of social activity and living experience. Each layers with different layout giving out more possibility and surprises to the community as anything can be possible. the project sits in a natural landscape while facing to the university. Mixing both man-made and natural materials, the building quietly act as a connection between man-made and natural environment. As users slowly entering the huge space, the experience of nature began to enhance while the artificial starts fading.
