Welcome to the new Fox Valley Repertory (formerly Noble Fool Theatricals) – the largest professional, award-winning theater in the Fox Valley area. From outstanding productions to the area’s largest Performing Arts Academy, Fox Valley Repertory continues to create memorable moments for you, provide significant opportunities for youth in our area to explore the power of theatre and use that power to improve their lives and prepare them to be successful, contributing members of our community. We are having a great season and are thrilled that you have joined us. We recently debuted three world premier plays as part of our new Collider New Play Project. Each play went through a workshop and staged-reading with professional actors and directors. Thanks to all who came out to hear them and help support new works for the stage. As summer winds down, we are thrilled to present “They’re Playing Our Song” - a great, classic musical comedy. Don’t forget to buy your tickets to our other fall offerings of the ghost story “Woman in Black” and the return of our four-star classic, “It’s a Wonderful Life: A live Radio Play.” Each show is a chance for us to create a shared moment with you. In that moment, we hope to connect to the human experience. It’s thrilling to see our community make a commitment to the arts. As a non-profit, ticket sales only account for 70% of our budget. We must rely on grants, sponsorships and individual gifts to continue bringing our best to you. Consider making a tax deductible donation at www.foxvalleyrep.org/ support. We need your support! All the Best,

FVR Performing Arts Academy

Kaia Ebel Award-Winning Young Star Blossoms at FVR Academy Kaia Ebel is in the third grade at Williamsburg Elementary in Geneva. This eight-year-old came to Fox Valley Repertory Performing Arts Academy when she was just six years old, enjoying classes like Beauty and the Beast, Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory and an improv class. After falling in love with acting and the classes, she auditioned for her first advanced audition-only show where she played the Fairy Godmother in Cinderella. Kaia has since been seen in other productions in this category, including Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, and You're a Good Man Charlie Brown. She was also featured in the recent production of Annie as the title role!

"The first time I stepped on that stage I felt really excited with everyone watching,” says Kaia. “I think my favorite character was 'Annie.'" That certainly seemed to show onstage. Education Manager Tracy Whiteside comments, “Kaia is one of our hardest working students. Her talent and dedication landed her the lead role in Annie. I have been so impressed with her growth as a performer and as a person over the last few years.” The theater experience has allowed Kaia's confidence to blossom.

"Kaia has amazing poise and confidence, especially for someone so young. She is a natural star,” states Mrs. Kamm,

Kaia's school music teacher. “At her age, Market & Ad Space

the voice is a very fragile instrument and she demonstrates great control and purity in her singing.” Kaia also recently competed for the first time in the Grandquist Music Competition where she received a second place trophy in her group. "Kaia's positive attitude and ability to take on a part and 'sell' it makes her a great addition to any cast," states Kaia's voice teacher Mrs. Beiermann, who encouraged Kaia to enter the music competition. In the future Kaia plans on continuing in the theater arts– anything where she can sing all day long, her most favorite thing to do! Kaia's mom remarks, "Kaia has made so many friends throughout her experiences with Fox Valley Repertory, probably friends she will continue to hang around with for many years."
