Scene 2 – The same, early the next evening. ACT TWO Scene 1 – The same, a week later, in the afternoon. Scene 2 – A suite at Claridge’s Hotel, a week later. CAST PROFILES Keith Cavanaugh is originally from Lafayette Indiana, but is proud to call Chicago home. Audiences recently saw him as the lovable, unapologetic Grubby Shirts in last fall’s comic hit Males Order Brides. Keith’s favorite Chicago performances are The Drunkard, Pippin, Awesome 80’s Prom, and Hitman. He is awaiting the viewing of his first film premier as Santa Clause in A Holiday Fantasea. Keith has been a professional Santa Clause for thirteen years. Becky Dearborn has performed at The Guthrie, Actors Theatre of Louisville, NY Fringe among others. Since arriving in Chicago Becky has performed at the Raven Theatre and Steep 2

Theatre. Becky holds a BFA in Musical Theater from Florida State University and would like to thank her parents for all their love and support! Paul Del Gatto states that he is one west coast actor more than delighted to swap the white sands of Laguna Beach for the “windy city”. Mr. Del Gatto’s stage credits include Che in the Bakersfield Community Theatre production of Evita, Osric in Roeper Theatre’s modern-dress Hamlet, and Prince Charming in Cinderella Had a Daughter at the Santa Monica Playhouse. He has appeared on numerous daytime soaps, often as bartenders, interns, and even a nurse! Accomplice marks his Chicago debut..

Whitney Morse is excited to make her JPAC debut. Her Chicago credits include The Turn of the Screw (understudy First Folio Theater), Unnecessary Farce (understudy First Folio Theater), The Merchant of Venice (First Folio Theater), I Carry Your Heart (Prologue Theatre Company - DCA Incubator Series), Little Women (Theatre-Hikes), iGhost (Theatre Building Chicago), and God On Broadway (Theatre Building Chicago). New York Credits: Hold Music (The Culture Project), Love’s Labour’s Lost (Dir. Andrei Serban), and Three Sister’s (Dir. Andrei Serban). M.F.A Acting Columbia University. Sarah Lynn Robinson graduated in 2012 from the Chicago College of Performing Arts with a degree in Musical Theatre. Since then she has worked with various theatres around the city, as well as explored her new-found love of film
and television with appearances in web series’, short and independent films, and on NBC and the Food Network. Favorite roles include Wendla in Spring Awakening, Karen in Children’s Hour and Jess in the recent world premiere basketball musical The Lockout. Mark recently graduated from the University of Missouri, where he acted in numerous academic and regional productions, including Bright Ideas, Hamlet, A Funny Thing... Forum (MU Theatre), two original KCACTF award winning plays, The Lost Slipper and Nights on the Couch (Irene Ryan Nomination), tempOdyssey (Independent Actors Theatre), and Fuddy Meers (Talking Horse Productions). Mark would like to thank the cast and crew as well as family and friends for the love and support over the past ten years.
C R E AT I V E S TA F F P R O F I L E S Dante J. Orfei (Artistic Director, Lighting Designer) has been the Artistic Director at the Jedlicka Performing Arts Center for over 25 years. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and has produced and directed a travel documentary titled European Sojourn, which aired on PBS. Dante also directed the U.S. Premiere of the musical Metropolis and worked closely with the show’s creator, Academy and Grammy Awardwinner Joseph Brooks on the development of the show. Dante directed the national regional theatre premiere of Brooks’ most recent Broadway show, In My Life. He has studied with Tony Award-winners Harold Prince and Jules Fisher. He directed the Midwest Regional Premiere of the Queen rock musical, We Will Rock You, and has also directed the World Premiere of Nefertiti – The Musical, as well as Premiere Chicago Productions of Little Women, Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Aspects of Love, Blood Brothers, Jekyll and Hyde, The Baker’s Wife, and numerous plays by Olivier Award-winning playwright Ray Cooney, including the U.S. Premiere of Cooney’s It Runs in the Family. Dante has directed well over 175 stage productions on the professional, dinner theatre and academic levels.
Melanie Lamoureux (Managing Director) Melanie is thrilled to be part of the JPAC team. She has performed on the JPAC stage many times, most recently as Annie Sullivan in the 2011 production of The Miracle Worker. In addition to serving as the Managing Director of JPAC, Melanie is the Founding Artistic Director of BAMtheatre, a youth educational theatre company based in Hinsdale, IL that involves over 250 students every summer. Through BAM, Melanie has directed and produced such musicals as Into the Woods, Violet, and Chicago. Melanie is also a part-time faculty member of Fenwick High School, teaching choir and theatre. She holds a Bachelors of Music Education from the University of Toronto, and a Masters of Music from the Boston Conservatory. Michael Nedza (Scenic and Properties Designer/ Technical Director) is a full-time faculty member at Morton College and has been designing throughout the Midwest for over 25 years. He has designed over 75 shows here at the JPAC. Some of the designs he is most proud of include, last season’s Sunset Boulevard, Phantom of the Opera, Hairspray, In My Life, We Will Rock Accomplice

You, Jekyll and Hyde, and 1776. Michael has been recognized twice with the “Award of Merit” from the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival. Micheal Kott (Multimedia/Sound Designer) has directed numerous plays and musicals both stateside and in Europe, including his critically acclaimed production of Murderer, by Anthony Shaffer. His JPAC directing credits include Doubt, Lilies of the Field and The Boys Next Door. Michael is also a veteran performer at the JPAC having been involved in 18 shows over the last 12 years. Among his favorites are Blood Brothers, Moonlight and Magnolias, Peter Pan, and Tuesdays with Morrie. He is very grateful to Dante Orfei for his friendship, support, encouragement and trust. Micheal played the scene-stealing Psychic in Brain Damaged Film’s 2008 release Secrets of the Clown, available at www.blockbuster.com! Micheal is the founding director of the Green Door Theatre in Garlstedt, West Germany. Currently he is the Artistic Director of Master’s Backstage Players in Carol Stream, Illinois. Micheal was also an ensemble member of Cenacle Theatre in Chicago, where he acted and directed numerous productions. Mike is the multimedia specialist for Morton College by day and at night divides his time among the various theatres in the Western Suburbs of Chicago. He is very thankful to Dr. Felicity Thoet for her guidance and direction. She is a wonderful director and I thank her for her knowledge. Lindsay Loretta Prerost (Costume Designer) has been designing shows for the last two seasons at JPAC. Lindsay has designed Sweeney Todd and The Music Man for School of Performing Arts in Naperville, and she is currently working on the hair and makeup for Shrek. She has designed hair and makeup for multiple shows, including Phantom of the Opera, for which she also designed all of the masquerade masks. Lindsay is a recurring
designer at Downers Grove North High School and recently finished an internship with Porchlight Musical Theatre Company for their production of Double Trouble. Aside from costuming, Lindsay is an actor and cosmetologist. Samantha Nieves (Stage Manager) Growing up Samantha had always wanted to be involved in the “acting biz,” and she finally gained the courage during her senior year of high school when she was granted the role of Curly, the leading lost boy, in Peter Pan. For Samantha this was a life changing experience, and she has since trained at the Second City Theatre and participated in many Chicago area productions. Most recently Samantha was seen as Carla in BAMtheatre’s production of NINE. Samantha is currently the theatre aid for Jedlicka Performing Arts Center and a full-time student at Morton College. She would like to give a special thanks to Melanie Lamoureux and Dante Orfei allowing me to be a part of this production and providing me another stepping stone towards my career! Wayde Matthews (Assistant Director) is very excited to be a part of this creative collaborative team. As the Assistant Director, he enjoys the mechanics of the job. “The best part is working with this incredible cast to weave a magical web that will entangle you and keep you guessing”. Wayde was last seen here at JPAC playing the role of Edward in Whistle Down the Wind. His acting career includes both National tours and local theatre. His list of performances includes: the National Tours of Dream Girls (Nikko Associates), Big River (Paramount Productions), The First (The Jackie Robinson Story), CATS (Johnson Liff, New York), The Wiz P.
