After 08 of September, 1991 - Macedonia got independent from Yugoslavian Federation and this is the very first constitution, that was elected in the Macedonian Parliament.
This same constitution and preamble was changed by force and pressure from EU, USA and NATO with staging a war conflict in Macedonia in 2001 against terrorist groups from Kosovo under the name of KLA.
