Dugout Good Evening, and welcome along to Station Park to the latest of our Scottish Women’s Premier League 1 games. Tonight, we host Motherwell, a side who are extremely competitive and also a side who we have had mixed success against this season. Tonight is a great opportunity for us to be able to put in a good performance and get a positive result after a couple of challenging weeks in both the Scottish Cup and also in Glasgow against Celtic. Training over the past couple of weeks has been excellent in preparation for this game with all of us being aware of Motherwell’s strengths, weaknesses, and ultimately how we will play in order to maximise our chances of victory. However, Motherwell have been on a good run of late with them being unbeaten since the summer break, a time which has also seen them secure a place in the Scottish Cup semi-finals. Therefore, we are under no illusions of the task which we face. We come into this game after defeat to Celtic and we have been working extremely hard to correct a few things from that game and also to build upon some of the positives which we managed to come away with. We firmly believe that tonight is a terrific opportunity for us to fully correct these things and put on a performance. The support which we have been given recently has been great and with tonight being such a highly anticipated match in our season, I would love to see this continue! Enjoy the Game!

The coaching staff have been working hard along with the players to try and improve this. Our last game was against Celtic although not the result we wanted we had some good spells , however we still made individual errors and you can’t afford to do that in this league or you’ll be punished. Today we host Stirling University in our firsthost game back inLadies the SWPL 1 and after a We Motherwell tonight prolonged duegame to the know it will bebreak a physical butWomen’s one we World Cup.for and looking forward to. are prepared Thank you all for your support and we hope you enjoy the game Nicola
