Situated just west of Downtown, the future home sites of 8 Single Family and 14 Multi-Family units provides unparalleled views of Downtown Denver to the East, Pike’s Peak to the South, and a newly redesigned Sloan’s Lake and the Front Range to the West. The proximity to Downtown for work and Sloan’s Lake and the Mountains for relaxation and recreation are uniquely Denver, however it is perhaps the vision and approach of the development that sets it apart. We were commisioned to develop the landscape vision and experience for tenants that live at the property and the shoppers that visit. Beginning at the streetscape level, a typical CCN garden streetscape offers a buffer from the street level, while providing a scenic foundation for the first floor retail. An Urban Oasis was designed to embrace the entry to the property and created the opportunity to connect to a 2nd level outdoor fitness lounge while meeting the open space zoning requirments for the property. The rooftop terrace provides one of the best unobstructed views of the Rocky Mountains and Downtown Denver. CAS E Y’S P O N D - SE N IO R LIVING STEA M BOAT S P R I NGS , CO LO R A DO Site planning and detailed landscape architectural design was provided for this Senior Living Housing in Steamboat Springs. The project serves an important role in the community by providing high-quality senior housing and care for residents who no longer need or want to maintain their single family home. The physical design of the property supports the mission of the organization by providing therapeutic gardens and outdoor recreation opportunities for residents, promoting health and quality of life. Amenitized outdoor spaces include a community garden, amphitheatre, fishing pier on Casey’s Pond, and patio dining. A bike and hiking trail link the property to the historic town center and ski resort, providing an important connection to the greater community. Careful attention was paid to the planting design to achieve a hardy landscape

MI A M I , F LORI DA This luxury modern high-rise development was proposed along one of Miami’s signature boulevards, and provided top-notch amenities to attract younger tenants to the neighborhood. The 8th floor amenity terrace is arranged by two pools that offer different solar aspects for the residents, while being surrounded by pockets of native and subtropical plantings that bestow a natural ambiance to the terrace while framing scenic views of Biscayne Bay.

En Ha n ce Pa r k PH O E N I X, A RI ZO N A This Industrial Modern development is a combination of flats, lofts and live/work units that reflects the industrial roots of the Roosevelt Row Arts district and adjacent Margaret T. Hance Park in downtown Phoenix. A garden entry court welcomes owners home and is conditioned by the shade of a Mission Olive tree and a passive cooling drip wall that utilizes condensed water from each units cooling system. A 3rd floor amenity pool terrace provides passive and active recreation, outdoor dining rooms, table games and several community fire pit lounges where users can enjoy a cool desert night under the stars.

RI S E ON A PAC H E T E M P E, A RI ZO N A Rise on Apache raises the bar in the luxury student housing options just off of the Arizona State University campus. The multiple rooftop amenity terraces provides both passive recreation and study lounges to active running track and a party swimming pool terrace with large screen television and one of the best views of Cameback Mountain in the region. Multiple techniques for environmental conditioning were used including custom shade sails and outdoor fans complete with misting systems were considered to aid in providing comfortable outdoor spaces throughout the harsh Arizona heat.
