MEMORABLE. HARMONIOUS. UNEXPECTED. Every landscape architecture firm will tell you they offer solutions, they provide sustainable design, they provide a sense of place. While it’s fair to say we do the same, it’s also true that we take it one step further. We look for the less obvious solution, the one that surprises, delights and draws every person who enters the space into an experience that touches all senses. It’s about design that interacts with the natural environment, the architecture, and the way in which light plays across the land. It’s vistas, small or large, at every turn, and a seamless merging of interior and exterior elements. At Forma Design Partners, there is no signature style, only a deep respect for our clients, their projects, and the culture, climate and resources of their site. We are committed to providing artistic, creative
outdoor spaces that linger in the minds of visitors long after they’ve left.

Combined towers offer condo and villa ownership and 5 star accomodations in the hotel tower. The resort grounds will offer a centralized saltwater swimming pool with multiple all-day dining options as well as a swim up bar overlooking the south pacific sea. HA LCYON H OT E L D EN V ER, COLO R ADO The Halcyon Hotel is a 154 key luxury boutique hotel in the Cherry Creek North neighborhood of Denver. We were commisioned to design streetscape arrival & outdoor amenities including a 8th floor pool terrace and restaranut space, as well as multiple hotel suite rooftop balconeys with views to downtown Denver. The hotel aimed to provide the comforts and familiarity of visiting a wealthy friends urban loft. We collaborated with SkyLab Architecture to develop a roof amenity deck based upon their successful ‘Departure’ restaurant concept based in Portland, Oregon.
The concept, a sub-set manifested from the
Departure theme, was based upon ‘Flight’. Design geometries were influenced by the beauty and strength of aerodynamics and the vessels of the sky.

We were commissioned to design streetscape arrival, porte cochere plaza and a rooftop pool and restaurant amenity space. The hotel’s personality has been described as ‘Haute Happiness’ or ‘High Class Happiness’ The porte cochere arrival was thoughtfully designed to mimic a modern plaza where vehicles are temporary visitors. The lobby program & materiality continued thru the space to invoke the one contiguous space idea. The rooftop was designed to incorporate a 25 meter stainless steel lap pool with a brimful edge that can double as a fashion show runway with the custom made plexi-glass stage insert. The space will be highlighted by a 20 ft. wide water veil that creates tranquil sounds of water while providing a vi eo and digital projection screen directly on the water.
