General Rules 1. Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily.
This will help you flush more toxins out while rehydrating your body.
2. Avoid processed foods.

In Summary Fruit Detox Diet is not as simple to start since you need to consider your body’s ability to cope up with drastic changes.
