Eco-Etch patterns are beautiful etched designs that are applied using an advanced photolithographic bead-blasting system instead of acids or other harmful chemicals. The largest physical etching system in North America, our equipment can handle materials up to two meters wide by six meters long. Please note that the standard patterns shown here are only a starting point. The flexibility and speed of our Eco-Etch system allow for a wealth of design options with artwork supplied by the specifier or developed by Forms+Surfaces.

While any Bonded Metal pattern may be specified for our doors, these four patterns are designed specifically for full-sheet use on doors, wall panels or other large-scale applications where a dramatic visual effect is desired. bonded quartz Bonded Quartz is a high-performance surfacing solution ideal for todayâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s interior spaces. Unlike anything else on the market, Bonded Quartz incorporates ceramic microspheres in a fiberreinforced polymer matrix. This combination yields incredibly durable, lightweight castings that have a stunning surface appearance and are easy to clean.

The standard colors for Bonded Quartz are White and Charcoal; custom colors are also an option. Bonded Quartz is ideal for use on walls, columns, elevator interiors, counter facings and other applications where visual richness is desired.

Mounting clamps are constructed of solid stainless steel with a Satin finish, and a Neoprene cushion lines the inside surfaces of each clamp. The front of each clamp is visible from the front of the glass. Two different adjustable clamp sizes accommodate varying glass thicknesses. Configuration one accommodates total glass thicknesses ranging from 0.281" to 0.421". Configuration two accommodates total glass thicknesses ranging from 0.451" to 0.625".

Slim profile mounting cleat is extruded aluminum and attaches to the back of the glass and wall. There is no visible profile from the front of the glass.

Because ViviStone slabs are glass, not real stone, they afford size, weight, and design flexibility simply not found in nature. Slabs can be used in their entirety, or smaller sections can be defined, mirrored, rotated, and repeated to create highly original layouts. Each ViviStone family consists of a library of slabs that range from 40" to 65" (1m to 1.6m) wide x 80" to 117" (2m to 2.9m) high, depending on family selected. Library size varies per stone family, and individual slabs within each library have their own unique pattern. To illustrate the slab concept: The Opal Onyx library is comprised of the four slabs shown above at their full size of 48" (1219mm) x 102" (2591mm).

Opalex has a very finely etched surface that creates a moderate amount of diffusion, is non-reflective, and fingerprint-resistant.

Pearlex is a lightly textured, non-reflective, non-distortive surface that creates a minimal amount of diffusion and is fingerprint-resistant.

Standard finish is reflective and non-distortive.

Finishes define the surface appearance of each VividGlass selection. The different options vary in levels of light diffusion, reflectivity, glare and optical distortion, and provide unique solutions for the needs of each individual project. Specific finish availability for each VividGlass family is referenced on the preceding pages.

Column Covers in stainless steel and Fused Metal are a durable, versatile solution for cladding existing structural columns. Designed to suit a wide range of field conditions, they can be adapted for site-specific needs and used for round, square or irregularly shaped columns.

The LEVELe Column System aligns with the rest of the LEVELe family and pairs the benefits of a panelized system with diverse material options. It is appropriate for square and rectangular column shapes.

The system is based on a series of individual panels comprised of two configurable elements: frames and insets. Extruded aluminum frames serve as framing elements for the insets and incorporate LEVELeâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s innovative column panel attachment system. Inset options draw from our Surfaces line-up and include LightPlane Panels.

silhouette railing system Versatility & performance in a smartly engineered system make it easy to create custom-looking railing designs.

The Silhouette Railing System is based on a series of standard components that can be configured for diverse applications and project-specific needs.

The system starts with a collection of cast stainless steel fittings that have a beautiful polished finish. Rails and balusters in tubular stainless steel have a satin finish that provides subtle contrast and a crisp, clean look. Infill elements complete the package with materials from our Surfaces palette, including stainless steel, Fused Metal and VividGlass. Cable infill is also available.

Silhouette is an exceptional choice, indoors or out, in straight, curved or stairway applications. Options include ADA compliant handrails, guardrails, handrail and guardrail combinations, and LED illuminated railing. In addition, Silhouette's flexibility allows the system to be tailored for partitions, information displays, and other specialized applications.
