MAKING EXERCISE FUN Fitness Track is an outdoor fitness equipment range ideal for creating fitness circuits and exercise areas within schools and public open spaces. Each component has been designed to aid in the development of various muscle groups and general coordination.

Ninja Step

Climb the rope and touch the top bar before descending. Develops arm, shoulder and upper body strength.

Stretch Station

FT13 Step up and down alternating legs. Can include a knee raise at the top of the step for additional intensity. Develops calf and thigh muscles. Height: 0.3m | Length 1.8m

Tread Mill

FT29 FT42 Use this stretch station to stretch all muscle groups before and after exercise.

Support body weight directly over the tread mill using the hand grips and run on the spot. Develops upper body strength and leg muscles.

While grasping the bar, position body on one side, hip level with the bar. Jump to the other side and back again, swinging legs over the bar. Develops chest, stomach and leg muscles.
