Fitness challenges keep us motivated

Take part in STEPtember challenge

We all want to keep the virtual fitness challenges going through fall and winter, even if we need to work out in our own homes or neighborhoods.

To maintain your motivation, JBLM Sports, Fitness & Aquatics program is inviting everychallenge!

Participants will set a goal of taking 200,000 steps or more by the end of September. You’ll share your progress throughout the month at our event at fb.com/JBLMmwr and on your own social media page when you use the hashtag #jblmsteptember.

The key to sharing your progress is to motivate and encourage each other on social

media in this virtual challenge. The first 75 to one to participate in their virtual STEPtember

complete the challenge will receive a CamelBak water bottle!

Look for a new challenge each month, such as the upcoming HIKEtober, where you’ll pick three or more hikes to complete and share your progress and photos!
