USAA

USAA has proven to be one of the most consistent supporters of Fort Riley Family and MWR and the installation’s men and women in uniform, along with their families. The organization has been a sponsor on this installation for the many years and Family and MWR is truly grateful for all the events made possible through USAA’s support. You might have seen that at events including Fall Apple Day Festival, the Gobble Wobble, Christkindl Market and more. USAA began in 1922 as the United Services Automobile Association, with vehicle insurance for officers; today they offer their services to all military and their family members. In November 2013, USAA opened its 18th service center, located in Junction City. Retired Gen. Joe Robles, USAA CEO and former commanding general of the 1st Infantry Division from July 1993-June 1994, was in attendance at the ribbon cutting. Retired Gen. Robles said he felt that this was a great place to open a financial services location. He said he feels like Fort Riley and Kansas are home and wants to be able to help all his Soldiers out yet again with any of their needs. *Sponsorship and advertising do not imply endorsement.

Irwin Army Community Hospital is Your Hospital Joint Outpatient Experience Survey

JOES

You demand a Completely Satisfactory experience. You expect to receive the Best Healthcare available. You are right. If your experience is anything less than satisfactory, inform a member of the team immediately. You are empowered to communicate your concerns with the team before leaving. This is your hospital. You also have an opportunity to contribute to the financial support of your hospital. A Completely Satisfied JOES survey earns your hospital up to $1,000. Those funds get invested into healthcare programs to benefit your family here at Fort Riley. Next time you get a JOES survey in the mailbox or inbox, take 5 minutes to fill it out. Your participation has an impact on the future of your hospital.
