The APM also performs technical design tasks on specific projects, as well as develops design guides, analytical techniques, computer programs and other procedures. Requires BS in Architecture plus five years related experience. Must be a LEED Accredited Professional and hold NCIDQ certification, as well as have expertise using Bentley BIM software.
