World Communication Forum registered as a nonprofit organization in Davos

A distinguished group of communications professionals from six countries, among which Bulgaria, India, Mexico, Poland, Russia, and Ukraine has founded the World Communication Forum Association which will be actively contributing to the modern public communications worldwide. Elected as members of the Executive Committee are the professionals who have contributed the most to World Communication Forum in the past six years: • Yanina Dubeykovskaya (Russia) – President Members of the Executive Committee: • Maxim Behar (Bulgaria) • Lorena Carreño Díaz (Mexico) • Yogesh Joshi (India) • Dymitr Romanovsky (Poland) • Saurabh Kumar Uboweja (India) • Irina Zolotarevych (Ukraine) • Sergey Zverev (Russia) Among the main goals of the WCF Association are: Forming a cross-border, cross-cultural community of professionals and increasing its influence via an agenda focused on communications, media, public relations, branding and leadership. - Supporting young professionals by financing cross-national internships for students from communications schools. - Supporting the annual World Communication Forum in Davos as a platform for discussion that shapes the global communications agenda and foresees the influence that different media channels may have on the society, business and the communications industry. Yanina Dubeykovskaya, elected President of the Executive Committee, expresses her confidence in the association’s efficiency and sees its founding as a natural next step in the development of WCFDavos: “For 6 years in a run, the World Communication Forum community has quickly developed, uniting professionals who can today be defined as a key driver of changes in the new communication world. These are people who don’t look upon our profession just as a business service, but use it actively as a key force in the progress of humanity. Today, we stand united in the foundation of a social nonprofit organization, aiming to increase the influence of our professional community on the global development of the world.” Upon registration and annual membership renovation, official members of the WCF Association will be granted: preferential terms for the main WCF event in Davos, free access to one of the WCF regional sessions held for the respective year, and more. World Communication Forum Davos (WCFDavos) is a global platform for finding the most effective communications solutions. It was initiated in 2010 by an international committee. WCF unites professional community of over 3000 experts, hundreds of participants from 44 countries across 5 continents, with 26 experts from 18 countries being members of its current Coordination Committee. In 2014 WCF was registered as a nonprofit organization.
