As a museum, having an accessible location is too important. The location of CosmoPollution is easy to access. Tram, metro, bus, and, boat can be used to get there. Also, for sustainable design, it was one of the subjects to choose the project area. The place had been chosen while considering being useless or had already a structure on itself.
