The Black Sheep Restaurant Group commissioned a 5250 square foot space for its new restaurant located in Springfield, FL. Springfield is a an up and coming area known for its affordable housing with a young residental demographic between 25 and 35 years old, mostly single. The client specified a design that was environment conscious, showcasing principles of sustainability. Reflecting the mutlicultural demographic, the client requests an appealing design based on eclectic choices, in keeping with the menu and corporate philosophy.

The main focus of the Henderson Condominium is accessibility, maximizing natural light, and merging both vintage and modern furnishings. With an open floor plan, there is a smooth transition from social and private spaces through repeating finishes and architectural details. Strong color accents from existing pieces are unified with black touches that contrast with the overall neutral yet textured backdrop. Sophistication is introduced through selections of dark furnishings with sleek contemporary vertical lines.
