Located on the tiny Grenadine island of Mustique, which is just one mile by three, the resort is situated on a picturesque hillside surrounded by the Caribbean Sea to the west and the Atlantic Ocean to the east.

Mustique is one of the most exclusive private islands in the world and Cotton House is the island’s only full-service hotel.

Originally an 18th-century sugar mill, the service, style and exclusivity abound at Cotton House. Situated at the heart of the resort is the Great Room with its epic veranda, where you can enjoy afternoon tea or sundowners. Elegant dining can be enjoyed in either of the resort’s two restaurants or, for a truly exclusive experience, have a menu created for you and served in a private dining area. COMPLIMENTARY ORGANIC COFFEE TOUR AT PROPERTY

Learn about the history of coffee, how to drink it and how it helps the economy of Costa Rica, then walk the streets of the sustainable organic coffee plantation and learn the entire process of this farming. You can also participate in the harvesting of the grain during the harvest season (from October to January). Next, you will be guided through the process of this product, including cleaning and drying, which ends with roasting and packing the beans in the “Coffee House”. You will also learn how experts distinguish and rate a cup of gourmet coffee by participating in a tasting along with the guides.

NATURAL HISTORY WALK AT ARENAL HANGING BRIDGES (PRIVATE)

Místico Arenal Hanging Bridges Park is located on the Arenal fault in a tropical transition wet forest. It is located at 600m above sea level, and it concentrates 250 hectares of mature forest, with an annual rainfall of 3500-6000mm and a relative humidity of 88-92%. The trail is 3km and allows tourists to walk on 15 bridges; 6 of which are hanging. This is a highly diverse forest since it lies between the boundary of highland and lowland forest, integrating species from both areas. Your tour begins with pick up at your hotel for a fun and educational walk to learn more about the forest and the local environment and enjoy close contact with nature. Along these 3km of trails, you will be immersed in the diverse fauna and flora of the rainforest, admiring more than 50 species of colourful birds, tropical plant species and arboreal mammals while your naturalist guide explains everything you need to know about what you see along the way.
