Our Prices All of the prices shown in this brochure are guide prices only based on two people sharing a room at one of our selected hotels. They include flights or rail from London in order to give you an indication of what you could pay for either a 2, 3, or 4 night stay at a 3* or 4* hotel. Alternative regional airports and alternative travel options are also available. You can also add on extra nights - simply let us know how long you would like to stay for. We have included a number of 'suggested breaks' for various destinations, combining hotel stays with day tours, multidestination trips, visit to festivals or other attractions, so that you can see the sort of holidays we are able to tailor-make for you.
Our Hotel Choices You will notice that we have not included any hotel names within this brochure. This is because we like to carefully select hotels based on your personal requirements and do not want you to feel obligated to choose any one in particular. We do however work closely with a number of hotel suppliers throughout Europe, including Maritim Hotels our preferred partner for many of our Germany city breaks, and have access to over 50,000 hotels across the continent, enabling us to recommend the perfect hotel for your chosen holiday type.

What is tailor-made travel?
Hamburg Bremen
Berlin Dresden
Cologne
Munich
What is tailor-made travel? Tailor-made means that your holiday is ‘made to order’. It is bespoke to you and arranged according to your own personal requirements.
"tweak and amend any trip to suit the needs of you and your party as well as your pocket".
With no set departure dates or packages, you are free to decide when and where you want to travel, for how long and also the method by which you travel, whether by car, plane, rail or ferry. You can also add on extras such as car hire or day tours, and decide whether you want us to include or remove optional extras such as overseas airport transfers. As well as short breaks, rail holidays, river cruises and more, we can also offer excursions, sightseeing tours, shows and city passes – everything you need to make your holiday even more memorable! The benefit of tailor-made travel is that you can tweak and amend any trip to suit the needs of you and your party as well as your pocket. While we have included an indication of prices for each destination within this brochure, these are simply a guide based on a handful of selected hotels - if you are looking to spend a little less, or a little more by staying in a 5* hotel for example, simply let us know and we can put together a quotation that is personalised for you. Have a look at some of the suggested breaks featured within this brochure for inspiration, but don’t worry if the date or price we have suggested is not suitable – give us a call and we can put together a similar package to suit you.

1
Where you would like to go
Whether you would like to visit a destination featured within this brochure, have somewhere else in mind entirely, or if you would like to visit multiple destinations in one trip, it’s up to you. Let us know if you would like to experience your chosen destination from the comfort of hotel accommodation, or if you would like to stay in a local guest house, private apartment or even campsite.
2 How you would prefer to travel Would you like to fly, travel by rail, or by ferry? Perhaps you would prefer a self-drive holiday and would like us to arrange car hire for the duration of your trip? You decide the most convenient method of transport for you.
3 How long you would like to stay Let us know if you wish to stay for 1 night, 3 nights, a week or even 100 nights! It is completely up to you. Many of the suggested breaks within this brochure are for two, three or four nights, but these are just a suggestion.

What people say about us
JardÍn Tecina "Thank you so much for the the holiday arrangements you made for our trip to La Gomera on the 22 September. Our holiday was wonderful and all your arrangements for flights, ferries, taxis, etc worked perfectly. We absolutely love the Jardin Tecina. The staff are pleasant, efficient, and so helpful. We had a great room and enjoyed many 'balcony moments' looking out over the sea. Please keep us advised on any special deals to the Jardin Tecina. We may decide to repeat our visit sooner rather than later."
"Thank you so much for your kind thought regarding the welcome bottle of wine in the room, it was really refreshing after our long journey - which all went very smoothly by the way. The hotel is good, the food is delicious, the bed and pillows are perfect, and there is air conditioning, I would recommend for the future. We are off to explore Berlin before going to Leipzig next, all go! We were thrilled with your gift Jan, and thank you for all your efforts and hard work, we will certainly recommend you to others."
Rail trip via Brussels around Germany
"Thank you for arranging our holiday to Frankfurt and Aachen. We had a wonderful time with good weather.
"Just a quick note to say that we had a fantastic time in Germany thank you. We walked lots, cycled by the Kiel canal and saw lots of interesting places. The chocolate shops in Brussels were amazing and just about all the bakeries in Germany had delicious food!"
The Maritim Hotel in Frankfurt was just as we expected it to be with the usual excellent breakfast.
Fred.\ Holidays Cruise customer
Frankfurt and Aachen
You recommended a change of hotel in Aachen. We are grateful that you did, the old hotel was not a patch on your suggestion, which lived up to the comment in my 1936 Germany Baedeker "of highest class." For all the difference in price to include breakfast was a most helpful suggestion by you. The travel arrangements all went well. The journey between Aachen and Liège was particularly attractive following the old route via Welkenraedt. The views were spectacular. Thank you for helping us to have a really good holiday. We look forward to receiving next year's brochure."

Berlin & Leipzig
"I just wanted to say thank you to your staff for making my booking with Fred.\ so easy. From the moment I contacted Fred Holidays (I found you while Googling for another company to book the cruise with), your staff have been excellent. The initial response to my query was very helpful, and when I phoned up to talk to my sales representative, although she wasn’t there, she’d left my details so one of her colleagues could easily deal with my enquiry. The staff dealing with my booking have been polite, friendly and extremely helpful. I have the cruise I wanted at a far better price than I’d been quoted previously and with much, much better customer service."

UNESCO World Heritage Sites There are a total of 40 UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Germany, and hundreds more across the whole of Europe. Many of the pages within this brochure make reference to the many monuments, natural wonders and historical sites that have been given the honour of bearing the UNESCO title; and below are just a few UNESCO gems worth highlighting.
Regensburg More than 2000 years of history are reflected in the squares and historic buildings of Regensburg. St Peter’s Cathedral is recognised as the greatest gothic cathedral in Bavaria while the Porta Praetoria demonstrates just how advanced Roman building was.
Aachen The seat of emperors and kings; the city was the scene of many coronations during the Middle Ages and was a favourite spot for Charlemagne (King of the Franks 768 and Roman Emporer 800-814) thanks to its hot springs. Interestingly, each year Aachen awards a ‘Medal for Combating Deadly Seriousness’ to politicians and diplomats across Europe who have shown a sense of humour!
Lübeck The attractive Hanseatic city of Lübeck offers an unparalleled architectural style with a maze of Gothic style red-brick buildings. The Holsten Gate and the seven towers of its principal churches set the standard for a fine ensemble of buildings throughout the city.

Beer Festivals
Sample some of the best flavours that Europe has to offer at a European beer festival. Beer enthusiasts, groups of friends, couples and even individuals flock to cities across Europe, most specifically Germany, to indulge in the amber nectar and soak up a little culture at the same time.
500 Years of Bavarian Purity 2016 marks the 500 year anniversary of the Bavarian purity law. On April 23, 1516, a new law for the Duchy of Bavaria was issued in Ingolstadt and stated that brewers were only allowed to use malt, hops and water to produce their beer – forming the basis of the "German Beer Purity Law". Undoubtedly just one of the reasons why Bavarian beer is so popular! Here are just a few of the more popular beer festivals taking place in Europe throughout 2016 as well as some lesser-known destination that you may like to consider, particularly if the larger festivals are sold out…

With its monumental palaces, gilded opera houses and stately boulevards, the city is reminiscent of an imperial capital lost in history. Home of the waltz, the Vienna Boys Choir, the Spanish Riding School and Strauss, Vienna is perfect for a city break at any time of year.

Croatia
Dubrovnik & Lokrum From £269pp
Croatia Croatia truly is a land of natural beauty – touted as the new French Riviera, the Dalmatian Coast offers holiday-makers incredible beauty set against a majestic, mountainous backdrop. Plitvice Lakes National Park, two hours south of Zagreb, holds lush, dense, forests, while Dubrovnik is surrounded by jagged cliffs and golden beaches.
Dubrovnik
Lokrum
Dubrovnik is a stunning city. Its amazing Old Town, which became a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1979, was the setting for Kings Landing on popular cult TV show ‘Game of Thrones’. The Old Town with its many sights, including the well-preserved city walls along which you can walk, is without a doubt the main attraction. However there is plenty to do both inside and outside the city walls. The clear-blue seas surrounding Dubrovnik are perfect for a spot of kayaking or a trip on a day boat to view the city from a different perspective. Slightly further afield, you can sample some local wines on a vineyard tour.
The island of Lokrum, just off the Dubrovnik coast, is a popular destination for visitors wishing to combine both culture and relaxation. It is known as the ‘island of kings’; according to legend, Richard the Lion-heart shipwrecked in 1192 after returning home from the crusades and found himself on Lokrum. He pledged to build a church on the island indebted for the salvation but at the plea of Dubrovnik citizens, built it in the city of Dubrovnik instead.
Highlights •
Lokrum's star attraction is Mrtvo More (Dead Sea), a unique lake linked with the sea - its crystal clear and calm waters make it popular with bathers.
•
Visit Forte Royale at the highest point of Lokrum – from here you will be treated to a fantastic panoramic view of the whole island and of Dubrovnik.
Highlights •
Walk the 1.9km distance around the Old Town Walls to enjoy Dubrovnik from all angles – from the crystal clear Adriatic Sea on one side, to the terracotta rooftops on the other.
•
Take the cable car, which rises up to the top of Mount Srd above the city, giving you some spectacular views of the Old Town and the shoreline.
•
Restaurants in Dubrovnik don't come any more cheap and cheerful than the busy little Kamenice Restaurant on Gunduliceva Poljana. The name means 'oyster' and oysters here are very good value, while the seafood risotto comes in generous portions. Nights

Germany Germany is fast becoming one of the most popular European destinations for UK holidaymakers. Easy to get to by rail, road or by river, Germany is revered not only for its history, but for its fairytale castles, lush farmlands, rolling countryside and quirky customs. A country of over 80 million people, this diverse country is split into various regions, each unique its own right; with local customs and traditions from years gone by, lovingly nurtured by a proud population. You can enjoy sandy beaches in the north, fresh mountain air in the Bavarian Alps, fantastic walking in the Black Forest, or tantalising wines in the Rhine and Moselle regions. Germany’s cities meanwhile are steeped in history and tradition and offer a warm welcome, good food and great shopping. Its capital Berlin may well be its most famous city, but its other cities have so much to offer their visitors. From the Saxon cities of Leipzig and Dresden, to the ‘home of the automobile’ Stuttgart, or Munich with its provincial charm and modern way of life; any trip to Germany will not fail to impress.
When it comes to Christmas Markets too, it is hard to beat the festive atmosphere found in the numerous markets taking place in cities and towns across the country. We feature a number of German Christmas Markets within this brochure, however it is worth remembering that almost every German city or town will host their own special Christmas celebrations, so if you are not sure which fantastic market to choose from, simply give us a call and we can help you decide which one is perfect for you!
Germany is also famed for its festivals – both beer festivals and street parties, such as the Oktoberfest or Cologne Carnival. While the Oktoberfest is one of the most famous festivals in the world, there are various other festivals that simply must be experienced while in Germany such as the 'Rhine in Flames' or the Cologne Carnival which offes chocolates and flowers to the good catchers in the crowds!

Historical Highlights
Fourteen German cities have each played a major role in changing the course of German, European and even world history. These ‘alternative’ destinations are ideal for short breaks and enable visitors to get off the beaten track and really get under the skin of this fascinating country. We take a look at just a handful of these cities, which include Augsburg, Heidelberg, Koblenz, Mainz, Münster, Osnabrück, Potsdam, Regensburg, Rostock, Trier and Wiesbaden, below. You can read more about the remaining historical cities throughout this brochure including Erfurt, Freiburg, Regensburg and Würzburg.
Ausburg
Osnabrück
Located approximately 30 minutes from Munich, this Bavarian city was once the ‘Wall Street of Europe’. Famous for its architecture, ‘Augsburg style’ became an actual term to describe an abundant style of construction typified by ornate silvers and golds. The Augsburg Rathaus (City Hall) was described as the ‘the most significant Renaissance secular building north of the Alps’. It was almost completely destroyed during WWII but has been painstakingly restored to its former glory. Anyone with an appreciation for classical music will love Augsburg, as it was here that the Mozart legacy was founded. Visitors can stop at Mozarthaus, a small museum located in the actual house where Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart was raised by his father Leopold. As a Bavarian city, Ausberg also has a longstanding beer tradition - be sure to visit to Riegele brewery, one of the world's oldest breweries.
Osnabrück is the only German city lying in the midst of a national park, with the UNESCO-Geo Park TERRA.vita stretching right into its centre. The peacefulness of nature is reflected in the city’s character – it was here, as well as in nearby Munster, that peace treaties marking the end of the Thirty Year’s War in 1648 were signed. Every year this event is commemorated by the local children with a hobby horse parade. One of the city's greatest highlights is its Steinwerke (Vault Houses). Around 35 of these remnants of medieval and early modern age architecture can still be found in Osnabrück, which is unique in Germany.
Heidelberg The beautiful town of Heidelberg boasts an idyllic setting alongside the river Necker and is famous for its romantic castle overlooking the Old Town. Steeped in tradition and home to Germany’s oldest university, Heidelberg is a veritable treasure trove of history and culture. Visitors can stroll along the ‘Philosophers Path’ for fantastic views over the city, or visit one of its traditional restaurants, student pubs, cozy cafes and trendy bars to watch the world go by. Heidelberg has a quirky side too – head down towards Bridge Gate to see the famous ‘Bridge Monkey, a bronze sculpture holding a mirror up to those who look at it – said to bring good luck to those who touch it.
Potsdam Close to Berlin, the beautiful city of Potsdam is one of Germany’s most famous former imperial cities and is easily accessible by public transport, making it a perfect day trip destination. The city has so much to offer; from magnificent castles, palaces and parks including Schloss Sanssouci, Schloss Cecilienhof and Neuer Garten; to the historic Old Town with its baroque buildings, courts and impressive churches. You can also walk or cycle along the river Havel, or take a boat trip around the Havel Lakes to view your surroundings from a different perspective.

Germany Bremen

Bremen
•
The cosmopolitan city on the Weser river, Bremen looks back on 1,200 years of history. Although the grand old buildings around the market square betray its roots as an ancient trading centre, Bremen has the feel of a thriving city. Besides its cosmopolitan appeal, Bremen offers a journey back through the centuries, full of monuments to a distinguished history and bristling with enthralling stories.
If you are looking for a break from highbrow culture, take a stroll down to the Schlachte promenade along the river Weser. Its numerous pubs and bars, many with outdoor seating areas, make a great place to chill out. In the run-up to Christmas the medieval atmosphere of the SchlachteZauber market gets everyone in the right mood for the festive season.
•
The Maritime Mile in Vegesack: Explore Bremen’s rich seafaring tradition on the Maritime Mile in the district of Vegesack, where Germany’s first man-made harbour was built 400 years ago. The country’s last fully-rigged sailing ship still afloat is anchored here, while the historical Spicarium harbour warehouse presents an interactive exhibition on shipbuilding, sailing, marine bionics and yacht design.

•
Take a guided tour of the Mercedes-Benz plant for an insight into how these prestigious vehicles are made and what makes the brand so special.
•
The Bremen Town Musicians are as much a part of Bremen as the river Weser and you will come across these four ‘brothers Grimm’ fairytale animals wherever you wander in the Old Quarter. See the famous sculpture outside the town hall, hear the animals’ voices echoing out of the ground in front of the State Parliament, and visit the donkey’s grave on Böttcherstrasse to have your wish granted.
•
Town Hall & Roland Statue: The 600-year-old town hall, whose Weser Renaissance-style facade was added in later years, and the Roland statue, erected in 1404, are two of Bremen’s most precious cultural treasures.
•
Visit the pretty little Schnoor quarter, taking its name from the fact that its many old buildings line the narrow lanes like pearls on a string. Nowhere else in Bremen do you find so many restaurants and cafés, arts & crafts boutiques and souvenir shops in such a small area.

Highlights
Colourful spectacle on the banks of the Weser From 13 to 17 July, the banks of the Weser will be pulsing with sound, as more than 100 bands perform in the four large marquees and on a series of other stages spread out over Breminale's kilometre-long riverside site. A bunch of artists can be seen free of charge as usual! The 200,000 or so festival-goers will find this popular festival still brimming with ideas as it celebrates 29 years with more edge than ever. And there's plenty to enjoy away from the stage too, with a range of delicious food including a large selection of organic & fairtrade stalls, some surprising contributions from local creative artists, and a 200-metre long table with organic produce at Sunday lunchtime on the adjoining Osterdeich embankment.

This, plus the city's many museums and art galleries is plenty to satisfy culture-vultures and shoppers alike, while lovers of architecture will relish the chance to see the Residenz, Asamkirche and the Schloss Nymphenburg, all paying tribute to the 'Old Munich'.

One of Munich's oldest breweries, the Hofbräuhaus boasts traditional music and tasty Bavarian specialities, making it a popular hangout for both visitors and locals. The Frauenkirche, 'Cathedral of our Blessed Lady', with its twin towers, is Munich's most famous landmark. The peaceful Englischer Garten is larger than New York's Central Park - you could spend many an hour here sipping tea, visiting the beer garden or watching surfers line up to surf the artificial stream flowing through the garden. Munich is perhaps known most famously for Oktoberfest, the world-renowned beer festival frequented by visitors from all over the world, year after year. The festivities take place in vast marquees by various Munich breweries, each seating several thousand people. Another fantastic occasion is the StarkBierFest - translated as 'Strong Beer' festival - Munich's smaller and more local version of Oktoberfest.

Its gabled houses, canals and museums celebrating the city’s illustrious history are now synonymous with Amsterdam. Amsterdam’s notion of Dutch liberalism coupled with its growing student population gives it a distinctly ‘young city’ feel, despite its historical significance. The cancellation charge detailed is calculated as all non-refundable items plus a percentage of the remaining
total cost payable by the person(s) cancelling: For cruise holidays: 90 days or more 89 - 57 days 56 - 43 days 42 - 15 days
loss of deposit and non-refundable items 60% 75% 85%
For all other holidays: 70 days or more 69 - 43 days 42 - 29 days 28 - 15 days
loss of deposit and non-refundable items 50% 60% 80%
For all holidays: 14 - 00 days
100%
If the deposit amount is more than the cancellation amount we will retain the full deposit as the cancellation charge. We therefore strongly recommend you take out suitable insurance to cover you for possible eventualities that would require you to cancel your holiday. Changes by You If you wish to change any part of your booking you must inform us in writing. Whilst we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to meet your requested change. All changes will be subject to any applicable rate changes or extra costs incurred as well as any costs incurred by us and any costs or charges incurred or imposed by any of our suppliers. You should be aware that these costs could increase the closer to the departure date that changes are made and you should contact us as soon as possible. Where we are unable to assist you and you do not wish to proceed with the original booking we will treat this as a cancellation by you. A cancellation fee may be payable. Please note that is important at the time of booking to advise the names of travellers that match the name given on their passport. Failure to do so will usually result in a name change charge by the airline. Accuracy We endeavour to ensure that all the information and prices both on our website and in our brochures are accurate; however occasionally changes and errors occur and we reserve the right to correct prices and other details in such circumstances. You must check the current price and all other details relating to the arrangements that you wish to book before your booking is confirmed. Changes or cancellation by us As we plan your holiday arrangements many months in advance we may occasionally have to make changes or cancel your booking and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If we make a major change to your holiday, we will inform you or your travel agent as soon as reasonably possible if there is time before your departure. You will have the choice of either accepting the change of arrangements, accepting an offer of alternative travel arrangements of comparable standard from us if available (we will refund any price difference if the alternative is of a lower value), or cancelling your holiday and receiving a full refund of all monies paid. In some cases we will also pay compensation (see below). These options don’t apply for minor changes. Examples of minor changes include alteration of your outward/return flights by less than 12 hours, changes to aircraft type, change of accommodation to another of the same or higher standard, and changes of carriers. Please note that carriers such as airlines used in the brochure may be subject to change. We will not cancel your travel arrangements less than 10 weeks before your departure date (90 days for a cruise holiday), except for reasons of force majeure or failure by you to pay the final balance. We may cancel your holiday before this date if, for example, the minimum number of clients required for a particular travel arrangement is not reached. If your holiday is cancelled you can either have a refund of all monies paid or accept an offer of alternative travel arrangements of comparable standard from us, if available (we will refund any price difference if the alternative is of a lower value). In some cases we will pay compensation (see below). If we cancel or make a major change we will pay compensation as detailed below except where the major change or cancellation arises due to reasons of force majeure. The compensation that we offer does not exclude you from claiming more if you are entitled to do so.

We reserve the right in our absolute discretion to terminate without notice the holiday arrangements of any customer whose behaviour is such that it is in our opinion likely to cause distress, damage, danger, or annoyance to our customers, our/supplier employees, or to any third party, or to property. If you are prevented from travelling because, in our or our suppliers’ opinion, you appear to be unfit to travel or likely to cause discomfort or disturbance to others, our responsibility for your holiday ceases and we shall be under no obligation to pay any refund, compensation or costs to you. Please note that we have no control over the behaviour of other persons staying at or visiting your holiday accommodation and we are not responsible for any withdrawal or impairment of facilities or other loss or damage caused by them. Under no circumstances are you entitled to share or sub-let your accommodation with anyone other than those individuals shown on your booking. Force Majeure We will not pay you compensation if we have to cancel or change your travel arrangements in any way because of unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. These can include but are not limited to war, riot, industrial dispute, terrorist activity and its consequences, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, epidemics and pandemics, unavoidable technical problems with transport, and any other circumstances of any nature whatsoever. Our Responsibilities We are a Member of ABTA, membership number Y0128. We are obliged to maintain a high standard of service to you by ABTA’s Code of Conduct. We can also offer you an arbitration scheme for the resolution of disputes arising out of this contract. The scheme is arranged by ABTA and administered independently. It is a simple and inexpensive method of arbitration on documents alone with restricted liability on you for costs. The upper limit on claims is £5,000 per person and £25,000 per booking form. The scheme doesn’t apply to claims which are solely in respect of physical injury or illness or their consequences. It can however deal with claims which include an element of minor injury or illness subject to a limit of £1,500 on the amount the arbitrator can award per person in respect of this element. Your request for arbitration must be received by ABTA within eighteen months of the date of return from holiday. For injury and illness claims, you can request the ABTA Mediation Procedure and we have the option to agree to mediation. Further information on the Code and ABTA’s assistance in resolving disputes can be found on www.abta.com. 1) Single Components
If you have purchased a ‘single component’ i.e. accommodation or transportation only, we will accept responsibility only for our own negligence e.g. If we have negligently misdescribed the accommodation etc., or if we have been negligent in our choice of supplier. We will not be responsible for the negligence of our suppliers, their employees, servants or agents.
2) Package Holidays
Subject to these booking conditions, your holiday arrangements will be made or performed using reasonable skill and care. We will be responsible if our employees, servants or agents fail to make or perform your holiday arrangements using reasonable skill and care as long as they were acting within the course of their employment or carrying out work which we had asked them to do.
We will not be responsible or pay compensation for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, expense, cost or other claim of any description which results from:
We limit the amount of compensation we may have to pay you if we are found liable under this clause: (a) Loss of and/or damage to any luggage or personal possessions and money, the maximum amount we will have to pay you is £25 per person in total because you are assumed to have adequate insurance in place to cover any losses of this kind. (b) Our liability, except in cases involving death, injury or illness, shall be limited to a maximum of two times the cost of your travel arrangements. This maximum amount will only be payable where everything has gone wrong and you or your party has not received any benefit at all from your booking. (c) Claims in respect of international travel by air, sea and rail, or any stay in a hotel: i. The extent of our liability will in all cases be limited as if we were carriers under the appropriate Conventions, which include The Warsaw/Montreal Convention (international travel by air); The Athens Convention (with respect to sea travel); The Berne/ Cotif Convention (with respect to rail travel); The Paris Convention (with respect to hotel arrangements); and The Strasbourg Convention (CNLI) (with respect to travel on inland waterways). You can ask for copies of these Conventions from our offices. In addition, you agree that the operating carrier or transport company’s own ‘Conditions of Carriage’ will apply to you on that journey. When arranging transportation for you, we rely on the terms and conditions contained within these international conventions and those ‘Conditions of Carriage’. You acknowledge that all of the terms and conditions contained in those ‘Conditions of Carriage’ form part of your contract with us, as well as with the transport company and that those ‘Conditions of Carriage’ shall be deemed to be included by reference into this contract. ii. When making any payment, we are entitled to deduct any money which you have received or are entitled to receive from the transport provider or hotelier for the complaint or claim in question. Complaints If a problem occurs whilst you are on holiday, you must inform the relevant supplier immediately so that the matter can be put right. If the supplier cannot resolve the problem to your satisfaction at the time, you must also contact us immediately by telephoning our offices so that we are given the opportunity to help. In the event that a complaint cannot be resolved at the time, you must write to us within 28 days of return to the UK quoting the original booking reference and giving all relevant information. PLEASE NOTE: Failure to take these steps will hinder our ability to resolve the problem and/or investigate it fully and in consequence, your rights under the contract may be affected. We regret we cannot accept liability for any claims which are not notified to ourselves and/or our suppliers strictly in accordance with this clause. Special Requests Any special requests must be advised to us at the time of booking. You should then confirm your requests in writing. Whilst every effort will be made by us to try and arrange your reasonable special requests, we cannot guarantee that they will be fulfilled. Failure to meet any special request will not be a breach of contract on our part unless the request has been specifically confirmed. Refunds Any amounts due to you will be paid upon request within 28 days.

You must check requirements for your own specific circumstances with the relevant Embassies and/ or Consulates and your own doctor as applicable. Delays and other Travel Information We regret we are unable to offer you any assistance should a delay disrupt your itinerary. Any airline or other transport provider concerned may however provide refreshments and/or appropriate accommodation. In the event of such termination our liability to you and/or your party will cease and you and/or your party will be required to leave your accommodation or other service immediately. We will have no further obligations to you and/or your party.
