Dublin Ireland’s Medieval Capital
Dublin; an incredibly picturesque, medieval city, with a mix of heritage and hedonism that will not disappoint...
This gorgeous capital is framed by stunning mountains, centred on a river and edged by a beautiful bay. The city’s streets and alleys are filled with vibrant art and historic buildings, hip cafés and traditional “old man” pubs, as Dubliners like to call them.
Walking the streets of Dublin, you will feel the energy of over 1,000 years of history, as echoes of the Vikings mixed with buzzing boutiques, cobbled streets reverberate with the sounds of buskers, and 18th-century parks play host to festivals, film and food markets.
Dublin is also a UNESCO City of Literature, a historic powerhouse and a super-cool capital that’s been named one of Europe’s friendliest.
Running in the days leading up to June 16th, the Bloomsday Festival is a rich experience for anyone with a love of literature. Especially, James Joyce’s iconic Ulysses. Not to be confused with Bloomsday, which is Bloom, Ireland’s largest garden festival. Showcasing the best in food and landscaping, this festival is held every June at Phoenix Park.

A Year-round destination
Tenerife is the largest of the Canary Islands, off West Africa. This stunning island is dominated by Mt. Teide - a dormant volcano, that is Spain's tallest peak. Tenerife may be best known for its Carnaval de Santa Cruz, a huge pre-Lent festival with parades, music, dancing and colourful costumes. The island has many beaches; with sands from yellow to black; and resort areas, including Los Cristianos and Playa de las Américas.
Tenerife is one of the most popular holiday destinations in the World. Its year-round warm temperature and spectacular volcanic scenery ensure its constant popularity.
To the north of Tenerife the landscape is prettier with its more humid climate and lush vegetation. Puerto de la Cruz, La Orotava, and Garachico are excellent holiday destinations. The south of Tenerife is hotter and tends to be the in-place for tourists visiting the island. Los Cristianos is one of the main resorts, as are Costa de Adeje, Costa del Silencio and Las Galletas. There is also a wide range of attractions, including Siam Park - voted best water park in the World by Tripadvisor. There are spectacular rides which have been beautifully designed in an oriental stylefor the whole family to enjoy.
There is a wide range of accommodation in Tenerife, including hotels, holiday villages, villas and apartments.
