Join Marko & Annie David from The Cooking Experience on a wonderful culinary adventure in Spain.
Following our wonderful cookery experience holidays in Tuscany 2018 and Bordeaux 2019, this time we are in a dramatic and exciting location at the eastern end of La Alpujarra. Marko and Annie will be in the kitchen with a small group of those who would like to be ‘hands-on’ with the cooking. It is completely voluntary, and we take it in turns, so no pressure. On the cooking front we are surrounded by local fresh produce so we can be really flexible, rather than plan precise menus. The owners of the property even have their own organic farm, so the whole area is rich in fresh ingredients. Fresh fish and meats are delivered most days.
