Quaker Houghton to showcase intelligent die casting solutions at EUROGUSS Quaker Houghton stellt auf der EUROGUSS intelligente Druckgusslösungen vor Quaker Houghton, the global leader in industrial process fluids, is demonstrating how to optimise die casting performance through its intelligent solutions at EUROGUSS 2022. Taking place in Nuremberg, Germany, from 08 – 10 June, the international trade show brings together experts from the die casting industry. Visitors to Quaker Houghton’s stand, Booth 628 in Hall 7, will have the opportunity to discover Quaker Houghton’s smarter solution for die casting, DieCast iQ™, combining process and lubrication solutions together to drive manufacturing change in high pressure aluminium die casting from start to finish.
Quaker Houghton’s complete solution includes die and plunger lubricants and application systems, process fluids, fire resistant hydraulics, high performance metalworking fluids and post-casting porosity sealing from its subsidiary business, Ultraseal International. Technical experts from the business will be on hand to guide visitors through Quaker Houghton’s range of equipment, lubricant and service solutions, including the unique Lubrolene electrostatic die lubricant solutions which will be on display.

Die Komplettlösung von Quaker Houghton umfasst Schmiermittel für Druckgussformen und Gießkolben sowie Anwendungssysteme, Prozessflüssigkeiten, feuerfeste Hydraulik, Hochleistungsflüssigkeiten für die Metallbearbeitung und die Imprägnierung poröser Gussteile durch das Tochterunternehmen Ultraseal International.
