CENTRAL VERMONT

The Central Vermont region housing market, defined by Lamoille, Orange and Washington counties, began to show signs of slowing down during the First Half of 2024.

The total number of units sold was down by -12.8% across the Central Vermont region. Additionally, the average sales price increased +7.7%, and the average days on market increased by +6.5%.
