Hello Well 2020 was quite a wild ride. The global pandemic upended many of our lives but it did cause us to all press pause, be still and think about what really matters. On the upside it did provide us the time and space to slow down a little, find joy in the simple things and spend more time with our loved ones. 2021 has us feeling more grounded and optimistic and we’re excited to show you our new ‘Still Life’ collection inspired by life in lock down. We’re so grateful to everyone who supported us over the past year and we’re looking forward to seeing our retailers face to face again at Life Instyle Sydney - something we definitely took for granted in the past. ‘Still Life’ embraces the creature comforts of home and features over 85 new cards, eight spiral notebooks, nine notepads, 10 pens, 10 gift wrap designs along with a brand new gratitude journal and recipe book. We’re bringing you lots of new beautiful wares for babies and mamas, with eight gorgeous new organic muslin wraps, a floral baby book and two new baby milestone card sets. Our baby books and selected guest books now have gilded edges and our baby books, memoir journal and recipe book all have a boxed option with a gorgeous cream linen box. Our wedding collection has expanded as well with a brand new floral wedding planner and matching guest book. Our wedding planner continues to be our best selling item, closely followed by our baby milestone cards and baby books. The second edition of our incredibly popular side hustle planner launches in May with a new cover and added expenses tracker. Our capsule collections with Blue Sky Planners have been launching into Staples, Walmart, Target and Office Depot stores across the USA (and beyond) and we’re so thrilled with how well they’ve been received. Our new displays have been super popular and we’ve added a new longer card display to the family this year, all in our signature blush acrylic. We hope you enjoy our new collections as much as we loved bringing them to life and we hope our line inspires and delights your customers. xx

We believe in keeping our environmental footprint as light as possible and in only making what you need, so we only release small runs of each product. We only work with ethical partners and we print most of our paper goods in Australia using local vendors whenever possible. We print all of our greeting cards and notepads locally, with a printer in a 10km radius from our warehouse to keep our carbon footprint as light as possible.

Payments for orders are required to be made via direct deposit, credit card (1.75% surcharge) or Paypal (wholesale websites only). Please note: we do not accept cheques. All orders are charged at the time of shipment. Net 30 terms may be extended to our partners with great credit history and references. No orders for accounts with a balance due will be shipped until all outstanding amounts have been made. Late payments incur a late fee of 10% per month.
Our local and offshore manufacturers have ISO 14001 certification and have been independently audited to ensure they meet fair, safe and healthy working conditions. All of our paper products are printed on 100% FSC-certified paper and our greeting cards are printed on the highest quality Mohawk Paper which is 100% FSC-certified, made with wind power and made carbon neutral.

ST I L L LI FE An artistic collection inspired by life in lock down. The global pandemic has upended many of our lives and has caused us all to press pause, be still and think about what really matters. A bit like a reset button. It’s caused us to slow down, take stock of our surroundings and ground ourselves. Still Life is a snapshot of the ‘new normal’ of living and working from home. It shows the contrast between the ‘inside’ and the ‘outside’ as we embrace the creature comforts of home while we long for the freedom we once took for granted. Surrounded by wallpapered walls, fruit bowls and vases on the inside. Fresh fruits and herbs and flowers from our gardens on the outside. Bowls of lemons, peaches, pears, papaya and figs adorn our kitchen benches, while we stare out to our gardens filled with leafy eucalyptus, pine, ficus, fiddle leaf figs and palmetto along with fresh roses, daisies and magnolias. We find joy in the simple things - hand picked leafy branches and budding flowers in vases, as well as home cooked meals. Flavours of cinnamon, turmeric, ginger and spices fill the air, along with the delicious smells of freshly baked biscuits, caramels, coffee and chocolate. ‘Still Life’ is optimistic and reminds us to stay positive - we can see the sunny skies ahead. There will be a rainbow after this storm.

MU SE Inspired by ancient mythology, our modern-day muses indulge in decadent scenes in exotic locations - featuring Zeus and Hera (King and Queen of the ancient Greek gods), Poseidon (god of the sea), Aphrodite (goddess of love & beauty), Leto (goddess of motherhood), Kotys (goddess of fertility) and Calliope (the wisest of all the muses). Goblets overflow with wine, terraces overflow with flowers and wild fantasies are realised. Our artistic ‘muses’ create abstract compositions inspired by the fruits, plants, flowers and textures of their surroundings. The air is filled with rich flavours and fragrances - lemons, apples, olives and coffee mix with the perfumes of magnolias, peonies, roses, poppies and hellebores. Lush scenery provides much inspiration - lavish gardens are adorned by urns filled with bird of paradise, palmetto, areca, ficus, peace lily and monstera plants. As our muses travel around the Mediterranean they discover many beautiful textures and colours. Architectural arches and slabs of marble, limestone and terrazzo, sit against a rich palette of terracotta, rust, wine, stone, mustard, lemon, mint, olive, sage, cinnamon and coffee. BOHE M I A Inspired by the artists, musicians and wanderers who have a deep spiritual connection with the earth, Bohemia is a celebration of the beauty found in nature and those who worship it. We feature the botanical treasures found by early adventurers who discovered new lands like Portugal (Daffodils, Heberdenia), Brazil (Tetrapterys, bougainvillea), French Polynesia (Gardenia, Jasmine), New Zealand (Tree Fuchsia, Pigeonwood & Senecio) and Australia (Flannel Flower, Acacia and Blue Flax Lily). These adventurers experimented with natural hallucinogens and psychoactive plants like poppies, morning glory, tetrapterys and acacia, but also medicinal eucalyptus, marigold, passionflower, gingko, turmeric, evening primrose, tea tree, echinacea and aloe vera. Elegant swirls of flowers, leaves and vines dance across the scenes in rich tones inspired by nature - forest green, moss, sage, turmeric, apricot, peach and marigold. Terms Turnaround Time We endeavour to make sure that all our products listed on our website are in stock and the pricing is up to date and correct. Our standard turnaround time is between 2-5 business days depending on availability and receiving payment authorisation for a purchase.
Back Orders Occasionally certain products may be out of stock so we may choose to either refund or back order your product. Once items are back in stock, we will contact you before shipping in case you would like to add to your order.
Pre Orders Some products will be available for pre-order with the estimated ship date marked in the product title on our wholesale website. If your order contains pre-ordered items, your order will be held and shipped in full when the pre-ordered items become available. If you would like to split your order, please note that additional shipping charges will apply. Please email us if you would like to split your order.

Display & Packaging All Fox & Fallow products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Boxed sets and packs may not be broken up and sold as individual cards or products. Failure to comply may result in account termination.
Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges We ask that any changes or cancellations to your order be made via your Account page or submitted via email within 4 hours of placing your order. Defective items may be exchanged for product or credit. Damaged or defective merchandise must be reported within five days of receipt. Refused packages will be charged full shipping, handling and any other charges incurred. We do not accept returns on unsold merchandise. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused and in its original packaging.

FAQs Q: I can’t log in! A: Firstly, please double check that you’re logging in to our wholesale website (not our retail website foxandfallow.com.au). If you’re on the correct site, then please check that you have activated your account. You should have received an account activation email when you were accepted as a stockist, so please check your inbox (and your junk). Please just click on the “activate your account” button in that email to set your password, then you can login and order.
Q: My account activation email expired! A: Unfortunately these expire after a little while so please email us at hello@foxandfallow.com.au and we’ll send you a new one.
Q: I can’t remember my login details? A: You can select “reset my password” when you login. If you’re still having problems please email us at hello@foxandfallow.com.au and we can send you a password reset email and check what email address is attached to your account.
Q: Do I enter “1” or “6” as the quantity? A: Please enter the exact quantity you require (please refer to the minimum order quantity in the product name). So if you enter “1” in the quantity box you will only receive 1 piece.
Q: I made a mistake with my order! A: If you have made a mistake with your order and you require a different quantity, you should be able to edit your order later via your
Account page. If you have any problems adjusting your order please email us at hello@foxandfallow.com.au and we can adjust your order before it is packed and shipped.
Q: Do you postcode protect? A: Yes we can, but we do just ask that our stockists place an order every three months (or four orders per year) and meet a yearly order spend for postcode protection. If you would like to inquire about protecting your postcode, please email us at hello@foxandfallow.com.au.
Q: Do you offer 30-Day Accounts? A: We definitely do, but we do ask for pro-forma terms for your first few orders. Net 30 terms are only extended to our partners with great credit history and references. No orders for accounts with a balance due will be shipped until all outstanding amounts have been made. Late payments will incur a late fee of 10% per month.
Q: Do you barcode your products? A: Our products don’t have barcodes, but we can add barcoded stickers (with products names and pricing) if required. Please email us at hello@foxandfallow.com.au if you require our stock to be barcoded.
Q: Do you have POS displays? A: We sure do! We have a small, but growing, range of displays in the “Displays” section of our website. They’re designed to fit our products perfectly and they are for sale not hire, which means they’re yours to keep. SPRING/SUMMER 2021 | FOXANDFALLOW.COM.AU | 83
