Your Community Partner!
2015 Annual Report
Over the years we have worked hard to be “Your Community Partner“ and this continues to be part of our core mission. We know that we have an obligation to give back to our communities, so that we can all grow, prosper and thrive. It can be in the form of monetary donations, staff volunteerism, education, sponsorships, clothing drives and so much more. Our staff and Board of Directors are upholding what credit unions stand for…“People Helping People.” Greg Hilbert, President and CEO of Fox Communities Credit Union, phrases it this way, “Our first priority is to provide our members with the best financial services ranging from the traditional deposit and loan products to the new emerging technologies, such as, ApplePay™ and mobile check deposit. A close second is to understand the needs of our communities and to support them. It is one of our goals, as we look toward the future, to increase this commitment even further.” Board of Director Chairman, Fred VanHandel, continues by saying, “Every Board member stands behind the efforts of the credit union to monitor not only the financial market, but to also meet the needs of the people in the areas we serve. We know that “Communities” is in our name and we take pride in that and never lose sight of it.” On July 1, 2015, Fox was able to expand the communities we serve by partnering with RiverWood-Maritime Credit Union. They had two locations in Manitowoc and Two Rivers and we were excited to welcome their members and offer them additional products and services to help “Make Life Happen!” Our goal is to continue to look for opportunities to support this community, as we did in 2015, by being the major sponsor of Kites over Lake Michigan and Lakeshore Balloon Glow. 2015 was an exceptional year for Fox Communities Credit Union as the economy continues to grow and prosper. We saw our loan balances increase by 14.86% and savings grew by 12.79%. This significant growth was aided by the merger along with interest rates remaining at all-time lows to meet the strong demand in home, auto and business loans.

Here is a snapshot of Fox giving back to the communities we serve: • Our Board of Directors and staff have collectively contributed a significant amount of volunteer time to local non-profit events, such as, Rebuilding Together to help people stay in their homes, St. Joe’s food pantry by sorting out food for those in need, and aiding the Salvation Army by Red Kettle counting during the month of December. • Over the last 15 years we have raised over $231,000 with a silent auction at our annual employee holiday party. These funds are given back to local non-profits, chosen by our staff, benefiting causes ranging from domestic abuse to terminally ill children. We couldn’t make this happen without help from our local businesses, who donate items for the silent auction. • We continue our commitment to provide our members with access to a full array of free financial information and resources. 455 individuals benefited by attending one of our 25 free seminars ranging from Identity Theft to How to Find the Best Deal on a Car. Over 3,000 students attended one of our 122 classroom presentations. • Sponsorships remained strong with some of the more sizeable monetary donations being given to Feeding America, Mile of Music and The Boys and Girls Club of Menasha to name a few! • Since 2009, Fox and the Green Bay Gamblers have collected over 10,000 pairs of mittens, for low wealth schools in the Green Bay area, during a hockey game. Mittens are thrown on the ice after the first goal is scored. What a great feeling to provide warm hands for kids who need them the most!

• In August, we opened our “Littlest Branch” at The Building for Kids Children’s Museum in Appleton. There are many tools for kids to learn about money including drive-up and teller windows, an ATM and interactive games! Helping to fight addiction and support local programs: Fox Communities Credit Union was the major sponsor and driving force in bringing Chris Herren, former NBA Player and addiction recovery advocate, to a packed house at Appleton East’s gymnasium where he spoke about his struggles with alcohol and drug use for more than 20 years. It was a very moving and somber speech, as he spoke from the heart, on how he turned the corner. STEP Industries and The Mooring Programs, both non-profits who hire and house addicts respectively, were given a donation from the ticket proceeds to support what they do for the community on a daily basis. Our goal was to help at least t Chris Herren Even one person find a way out of addiction and bring hope to many. n io ct ing Fight Addi Help

We’re able to serve more members with a new location: In May of 2015, we were able to move our location on Main Street, in Green Bay, to 1820 Main Street (corner of Main Street and Lime Kiln Road). This has proven to be a great new office for us as we have experienced significant membership growth. We increased the lending team and were able to add an additional drive through lane along with many more parking spaces to provide additional convenience for our members and potential new members. A brat fry was held in the summer, so we could introduce ourselves to our new neighbors, and was enjoyed by many!

New products: • Prepaid debit cards are now available for our members. These cards can be reloaded with additional funds when you need it. They are used just like a debit card for purchases or ATM transactions, without the need for a checking account. • Fox members can now use their Fox Communities Credit Union debit, credit or HSA cards with Apple Pay™. When you combine your Fox Visa card with Apple Pay™, you have access to a new level of security and convenience. • Beginning in December 2015, Fox began to issue chip cards for all new credit cards. We also began converting credit cards as they approach their expiration dates. Debit card conversions will begin in 2016. Chip cards do everything the magnetic strip cards do, plus another level of security is added making them nearly impossible to counterfeit. They also make travel easier as more than 130 countries use chip cards already. We expanded our business services team! To better service our business members and meet their needs, we have expanded our team. They specialize in helping area business owners, entrepreneurs, and investors find the solutions that they need to succeed. We understand the challenges of starting, maintaining and expanding a business and we know how to help. Thank you for being a member of Fox Communities Credit Union. We will continue to work hard for you and the communities that we live in. Our goal has always been to be “Your Community Partner” and we will continue to make this a focus for 2016 and beyond. Together, we will “Make Life Happen!” for many. Business Services Team
From the Board of Directors and the staff at Fox Communities Credit Union, we wish you and your families a very happy and prosperous 2016! www.foxcu.org
