Response to COVID-19 Pandemic

As you might already be aware, effective March 18, 2020, and until further notice, we made the decision to close all of our lobbies in efforts to help keep our members, staff, and our communities healthy and safe. With this being said, we remain committed to our members by providing uninterrupted financial assistance, in all the ways we can, as we continue to work through these heightened health concerns. Financial Assistance We value your trust and loyalty to us. If you experience a financial hardship due to the current conditions, please contact us at 920.993.9000 for possible ways we can help, such as: • Deferred loan payments • Emergency loans • Increased credit card limits • Modify existing loans to lower payments • Waive late charges for credit cards or loans Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act We have been working with our business members to help provide aid through the Small Business Association “Paycheck Protection Program” and “Economic Injury Disaster Loan”. » To learn more about these two programs please visit foxcu.org/covid-19/

Scam Alert Difficult times can bring out the best in people, but it can also bring out the worst in scammers. Be on the lookout for suspicious, unexpected emails, offers that sound too good to be true, and phone calls asking for personal information, including social security numbers and account numbers. » Remember: the credit union will never call you, asking for personal information » Visit foxcu.org/fraud-alert-please-read/ to learn about five things you can do, to avoid COVID-19 scams As we work through this together, Fox will keep you updated of any additional changes. We have been here for our members since 1937, and will continue to be here during this difficult time. We embrace the credit union philosophy of “People Helping People”, and are here to extend a helping ‘elbow’ until life as we know it returns to a ‘normal’ state. Please visit foxcu.org/covid-19/ to read about the latest information Fox has provided on the COVID-19 pandemic. If you have questions or need assistance, do not hesitate to contact us. Thank you for your continued trust and loyalty to us!
