In today’s society of overconsumption where every detail counts, discarding your clothes is like liberating your spirit. The spirit of naturism removes material and social barriers and allows us to rediscover the human values of self-respect, respect for others and tolerance. How to book You can book directly with the campsite village you have chosen. Their details are on the following pages. You can also book via a France 4 Naturism correspondent. General conditions of rental Pitch : The basic price includes the pitch for a tent, caravan, camping-car and a vehicle, the number of people (according to period – see prices) and access to the sanitary facilities and the infrastructures. Rented Accommodation : Our accommodation units are fully equipped. The basic price including the maximum number of people is variable according to the type of unit (see prices). How to book: Complete the booking form and send it back to the centre you have chosen or to the correspondent, along with the corresponding deposit: Pitch and rented accommodation: 25% of the total amount + €30 admin fees. On receipt of your completed booking form with the deposit, we will send you confirmation of your booking. If we cannot satisfy your request, we will return your deposit. The pitch number given is indicative and may be modified according to operational needs. Payment : French Cheques, postal orders (national or international), “chèques vacances” holiday vouchers, credit cards or cash. Pitches: the balance must be paid on the day of arrival. Rented accommodation: the balance must be paid at the latest one month before the first day of rental. Failing payment within this time, your booking will be cancelled. Arrival and departure times: Refer to the individual price lists of each centre. Exceeding these times will result in an extra night being charged. In the event of a late arrival or early departure, the period rented will be invoiced. If you do not turn up, once 24 hours have passed with no written news from you, your pitch or unit will be taken, without refunding the deposit or admin fees. Internal rules: All customers must comply with the internal rules of the Centre (F.E.N. charter). We reserve the right to refuse or exclude any person whose behaviour is against naturist criteria. Animals: Certain centres accept animals (see price lists). You must present the vaccination record of your animal. Rabies vaccination and tattoos are compulsory. Animals are generally prohibited in accommodation units. Deposits: A deposit (variable according to the centre) may be required for keys or access cards. For rented accommodation: a €150 deposit is required on arrival. Depending on the centre, a flat rate may be withheld if the unit has not been cleaned before your departure (see prices). Cancellation: Any balance not paid in accordance with the general conditions of sale will be result in the booking being cancelled. In all cases of cancellation, the following will be due or withheld: admin fees, an amount equal to 25% of the total cost if you cancel more than 16 days before the planned arrival date, the total cost if you cancel less than 16 days before the planned arrival date or if you do not turn up on that date. In cases where the cancellation is due to the operator of the Centre, except cases of force majeure, the client will be refunded all sums paid. Cancellation insurance: See the particular conditions of each Camping Village and get information from each one. Under no circumstances may naturist cards or admin fees be refunded. Insurance: It is the client’s responsibility to take out insurance. The Centre declines all responsibility in case of theft, fire, weather conditions, etc. and in cases of incidents covered by the civil liability of the client. The client releases the centre of all responsibility for damage caused by falling branches, pine cones, weather, natural disasters, theft, broken windscreens, etc. Jurisdiction: France 4 Naturism may not be held responsible for the service provisions and undertakings made by the camping villages. The description of facilities in the catalogue is the sole responsibility of the owners or operators. Non-contractual photos and texts.
