ABOUT ME I am a post graduated Architect (Msc in architecture for sustainable design), I studied at Politecnico di Torino and abroad at Escuela técnica superior de arquitectura in A Coruña (Erasmus + program). My educational experience was completed by a thesis on BIM and interoperability entitled “BIM for project management in federated models” recognized as a Honor thesis and published by the university and by an engineering magazine called “InGenio”. Two internships in New York City during my studies at Madison Cox Associates and Garden 26 helped me to grow, to gain international attitude and to get used to international relationships as well as to adapt myself to many various working and studying situations, in different environments. The current experience, working in a big and very complex project in Amsterdam called “De Puls” a new multifuncitional building in Amsterdam Zuid, designed by VMX and MVSA Architects gave me the opportunity to work in a very complex and developed environment, facing a huge project, where one of the main task is to be coordinated wit all the stakeholders and to provide a high level of design, from the concept until the technical drawings, my role as an architect expert in bim was to connect the BIM manager with the senior architect.

In september 2019 I have got the Architect License valid through European states. I’m a very ambitious person and good listener and observator, basically because I love to learn as much as I can from any situation, love to work in a challenging anvironment and to have nice relationship with all the colleagues. The following is a collection of some of my projects, made during my studies in Architecture faculty, and my working experiences. 2

De Puls / Zuid - Amsterdam - Netherlands VMX / MVSA Architects - 2019 - present The Puls is an aveneristic project in Amsterdam, developed on 56.000 sqm composed by two towers hosting respectively offices and apartments, and

a 4 floors plinth occupied by a cinema and a restaurant and catering activities, and two basement floors hosting bike parking and a authomized car parking only for electric cars. The project is insert in a bigger change that will thake place in Amsterdam Zuid, which also include the new arrangement of the highway and railway passing in front of the Puls north elevation. The project is developed respecting the highest BIM standard, including all the stakeholder into the process, especially the role covered by myself into the project was to design into bim environment, making a connection between the BIM manager and the senior architect, especially but not only what

concern the plinth, cinema and basement, also being coordinated with the other architects, the structural engeneer and the client, the role was covered in the phase just after the competition until the technical design, providing drawings at any scale from the plants, elevations, sections until the fragments and details.

Reborn /Aurora - Torino - Italy February 2016 This old factory, witness of the significant industrial past of the city, is located almost in the city center and close to the new university headquarter and where is expected the second subway line. The facility had been left in the late ‘90ies to move it to a strategic place close to the highway out of the city. It is composed by typical factory buildings in a dense block, especially by an L-shaped building three floors tall. The main idea was to empty the courtyard making a public space completely available to the people

which normally live the neighboorhood making also a permeable ground floor to advantage the presence of different users inside the block. Moreover, new work spaces

are to be created in the existing building

by means of a new drywall insulated system independent from the existing structure. Also the design of new sustainable apartments on top of the old factory, trough the use of a

prefabricated wood system (x-lam), meant to be in energetic class A+ (almost zero waste), where public and private spaces are mixed in a green and sustainable concept, bringing a natural and organic mark into a dense and polluted city.

Working Project/ Torino - Italy 2019 This residencial project, where i worked

from the design concept until the BIM model, is a mid size - residencial building around 4000 sq. meters, containing 24

apartments and 20 garages and cellars. The building is developed on three levels, and characterized by a curved roof. This first consistent working experience where I helped the studio crew organizing the whole job around the use of BIM, the model has been split in two different models architectural and structural then joined using the same coordinate system. This approach helped the studio to have more accurate quantity reports, to better unserstand the different phases and to manage them during the building site period, furthermore the model was uploaded in Navisworks where a construction simulation and a clash detection were made in order to improve the efficency. This working experience involved

Remembering / Chieri - Torino - Italy July 2016 The project is located in a small city about 35000 people named Chieri in metropolitan area of Torino. The object is an old complex which was the slaughterhouse of the city until the ‘80ies of the xx century when it was moved to a new construction outside the city center, because of new prescriptions about health and hygiene. The main aim was to obtain the survey finalized to the restoration of the whole complex that was left in bad conditions. After several analyses regarding the territoy and its potentialities finding new activities in order to revitalize this historical and central place considered strategic by the local administration. The first step was to find technologic solutions to make the restoration, as remaking the roof which was too damaged, or insulating the structure against humidity that was one of the principal causes of deterioration. Than the addition of a new characterizing volume filling a small void in the west wing of the complex, maintaining the shape of the historic building but using new materials such as corten steel to make the intervention clearly modern and create a comfortable place where to enjoy a glass of wine which is one of the most popular local products.
