GROUP TRAINING AND EXERCISE CLASSES

Group classes are one of the main training activities in fitness centres, characterised by weight-free workouts or exercises with small tools, which are often accompanied by rhythmical soundtracks very useful to increase motivation and make physical efforts more entertaining.

The first of this kind of training activities was aerobics, which was born in the Seventies after alarming research results on hypokinesia. A whole range of physical activities combining group training, music, rhythm and entertainment derived from aerobics, then.

The following section covers all of these activities typical in exercise classes. Steps, pumps, new elastic trampolines and mats, among others: all you need to make training efficient, combining it with facility style, design and function.

K-Well technicians worked carefully to identify the most efficient training systems and Rebounding rated among the best recent trends; it is basically a physical activity which is performed through a trampoline. For this reason and following the positive feedback we received by the fitness centres that had purchased items of this kind, our R&D Team decided to launch Rebgym, a new elastic trampoline for professional use (designed and manufactured by K-Well).

Jumping, or rather bouncing, on Rebgym is an efficient exercise, which is entertaining and suitable for everybody. Rebgym training is easy and cheap: the trampoline is highly affordable and allows to increase motivation in groups, leading to rapid and long-lasting results for body and mind.

FUNCTIONAL & AGILITY TRAINING It is believed that functional training originates from some research projects on rehabilitation carried out in the USA and Australia in the early-Nineties, that were named Functional Theory. According to some professionals in the field, functional training originates from rehabilitation and is based on the concept of ‘paying attention to real-life movements’.
