ANNUAL GATHERING EXHIBITOR APPLICATION Background: The Stó:lō Nation provides services to First Nations communities residing throughout the Lower Mainland. Our focus is to ensure social and economic development within the Stó:lō community through facilities and programs in the areas of education, human resource development, early childhood and youth services, health, elderly care, and social development. Stó:lō Nation Chiefs Council consists of eleven Stó:lō Nation communities including Aitchelitz, Leq’a:mel, Matsqui, Popkum, Skawahlook, Skowkale, Shxwhá:y, Squiala, Sumas, Tzeachten and Yakweakwioose. The Stó:lō Nation Chiefs Council hosts the Annual Gathering to celebrate and honor the eleven communities successes. We would like to extend an invitation to the following to promote their services, programs and accomplishments.    

Annual Gathering: The Annual Gathering will be held on Saturday, July 26, 2014 from 10am – 3pm on the Coqualeetza Grounds at Stó:lō Nation – 7201 Vedder Road, Chilliwack, BC. Our goal is to showcase Stó:lō Nation successes and accomplishments. Join us in sharing and celebrating community successes and accomplishments with over 400 Stó:lō community members. Our theme is “Honouring Our Youth.” Stó:lō Nation communities are encouraged to set up as an exhibitor as well as share any successes with a presentation, performance or simple announcement. Exhibit Information:        
