Education and Background in Law The citizen of Puerto Rico is Francisco De Armas. He was admitted to Bentley University, in Waltham, Massachusetts, following his graduation from Colegio Maristas. and completed his Bachelor of Accounting Science in 1991. In 1992, he was admitted to New Orleans, Louisiana's Tulane University of Law School. He was granted a Doctor of Authority in 1995 and became a certified Qualified Public Accountant (CPA) in the same year.

Business and Entrepreneurial Leadership Francisco de Armas practised law for a number of years in San Juan, Puerto Rico, before he started work for a family company. Has leadership experience led the organisation through considerable advancement and growth as the company's senior vice president. He was finally appointed as company chairman. Throughout that time, Francisco was able to improve his expertise in the administration of the different business needs and to grow his entrepreneurial initiative. Mr. De Armas has co-founded, along with his involvement with CIAC, a private equity company, CIAC Consortium II, LLC, co-investing in the purchase of Puerto Rican sub-performance loans and real estate. Internal return returns have achieved 15 percent for the Company. Mr. De Armas is pursuing his career as a lawyer and finance analyst, and through hard work and his social connexions he has earned recognition from his colleagues.
