Senja imparts an extraordinary experience of pristine nature. The dramatic row of peaks of the Okshornan rising out of the sea provide a striking contrast to the idyllic islets and skerries of the Bergsfjord. On short detours to the fishing villages of Husøy, Bøvær and Mefjordvær you can become acquainted with the island’s vibrant coastal culture.
