National Tourist Route Senja runs from Gryllefjord to BotnHarstad E6 84 hamn over a total distance of 90 kilometres (County Road 86 / 862). With Andøya, National Tourist Route Senja forms an alternative route to Euroroute 6 and the Hurtigruten coastal liner. You can arrive at Senja from Euroroute 6 by way of Finnsnes or by ferry from the south or the north. In combination with the Hurtigruten coastal liner or the ferries, the Senja, Andøya and Lofoten routes can make enthralling round trips.

1 BERGSBOTN. Be sure to visit Bergsbotn, from which a breathtaking panorama opens out to the Bergsfjord and the ocean beyond. Next to the car park is a viewing ramp constructed in steel and wood. Architect: Code Arkitektur. 2 HUSØY. Take a short detour from the tourist route and experience the idyllic fishing village on Husøy. The island is beautifully situated towards the open sea and can be accessed via a causeway. 3

rest area, where a wooden walkway made of Siberian larch takes you across the rocks. At Tungeneset scenic rock cauldrons are refilled by the sea every day at high tide and the water is quickly heated by the sun.
