TERM AND CONDITION A) Land/project are located in all part and major cities of the country B) The project are developers/land owners are livelihood homes ltd (the owner of blue sea estate) C) The project/estate will be managed by default by livelihood homes ltd after completion and the residents/allotees will be organized into an association for easy running of the estate D) Physical allocation of plots(s) will only take place after a successful payment of land, bulldozer cutting fee, documentation/agreement fee, survey/allocation fee. Development fee will be paid on or before digging foundation while electricity connection fee will be paid upon connection. E) Upon completion of all payment, subscribers will obtain deed of transfer, allocation letter, perimeter survey plan and global c of c when is ready. F) Any payment made to livelihood Homes Ltd is not refundable or in the event of this, it must be done through your agent who may present a buyer in your favour.
