As Director of Campus Ministry at UCLA during the 1984 Olympic Games, he provided spiritual guidance to students. Later, as rector of St. Paul’s College in Washington, D.C., he nurtured the growth of young people in their faith journeys. At the Paulist Center in Boston, Frank led one of the longest-running hot meal programs for people experiencing homelessness, demonstrating his commitment to social justice and care for marginalized communities. In his work with the Paulist Fathers, Frank helped secure significant capital gifts and played a key role in property renovations, supporting the order’s work for years to come.
