Do NOT get angry with your saboteur
If you do, you fall into the trap of being a judge that judges your saboteurs.
Put a name on the saboteur that pops up in your mind when you think certain thoughts and feel certain emotions. When you put a name on a saboteur that shows up in your mind, that saboteur loses its power over you.
