The pomodoro technique

The Pomodoro technique is a simple productivity method that can help you focus for a short period of time and get things done. All you need is a timer.

Step # 1: Set a goal. Example: “I want to learn to listen well.” Step # 2: Turn off all distractions, for example ringie dingies on your phone. Step # 3: Set a timer for, for example, 15 minutes. Step # 4: Focus 100% on reaching your goal during those 15 minutes. Step # 5: When you’re done, reward yourself in a way of your choice.
