PROJECT 1
secrets
A pavilion on Herring Island The brief calls for a pavilion that holds some “secrets on Herring Island, an artificial island in Melbourne. In this project, I designed the pavilion so that it responds to the contour lines on the site, reflecting the dual nature of architecture as concealers and revealers of the landscape.

PROJECT 2
digital design
A sleeping pod for personal space While traditionally society views taking afternoon naps as being counterproductive, new research has shown that it was quite the opposite. The problem is how do we encourage them to do it. In this project, we designed a sleeping pod that addresses the problem of personal space through design.

ITERATIVE BOOK COVER VERSIONS
I started designing this 300-page book with the idea to showcase the content’s dyanmic nature by using utilitarian and unintrusive colors in book layout elements. This allows the readers to focus more on the dynamism in the photos that brings the athlete’s experiences to life.

PROJECT 4
apps + marketing
marketing materials for social enterprise
In this project I created a series of graphics that will be used as online promotional materials for Cultural Infusion’s upcoming app series, “Joko’s World”. Here, I elected to use bright colors so as to provoke the interest of the target group, children.
