Leadership Quotient® (LQ) assessment tools measures your leadership capabilities against the 4 Imperatives of Great Leaders.
BUY IN
The participant and manager buy in is a fundamental part of the Leadership program. The buy-in consists of a mutual agreement in which the manager outlines the expectation and results of participants on completion of the program. The buy-in agreement creates a higher level of commitment and accountability to long term achievement and result in longevity of learnings.
LEADERSHIP WORKSHOP
Leadership: Great Leaders, Great Teams, Great Results 3 day workshop enables leaders to discover how to inspire trust and build credibility with their people, define a clear and compelling purpose, create and align systems of success, and unleash the talents and energy of a winning team. IMPLEMENTATION
LEADERSHIP CONTRACT
After the three-day workshop, participants are equipped to complete an ongoing 12 month contract system, to plan incorporation of leadership imperitives into their professional calendar. The leadership contract is used in conjunction with the accountability tracker to increase accountability and reinforce the contract.
ACCOUNTABILITY TRACKER
Fundamental in making the FranklinCovey Leadership Solution sustainable for every participant. This latest addition to the FranklinCovey resource pool is state of the art, simple and so effective that if used correctly guarantees great long term results. The accountability tracker is an online resource that reinforces the 12 month Leadership contract. Each particiapnt will be required to complete activities weekly in the resource in effort to become accountable for their development. An organisational or team “champion”, usually the manager that took part in the “buy in” phase will have access to the results of activities to track the progress of each participant.
Leaders who live by these 4 fundamental impertivies are able to overcome the chronic problems of leadership. Resulting in strong leaders who are enabled to engage the full talent of their teams.
APPLICATION DAY
Leadership Application day follows the Leadership contract as a facilitator lead practical “on the job” session with the option of 1 on 1 (1 hour per participant), or group interactions. Participants will revisit material, clarify learnings, share experiences and develop a more practical understanding of the imperatives of great leadership.
LEADERSHIP QUOTIENT (LQ2)
The second LQ is an opportunity for you to see how you have improved as a leader against the 4 imperitives of great leaders.
