Congratulations to our children that have completed high school, those that are moving from middle school to high school and those that have excelled academically this year. A good education is so important for future success in life.

Our summer food program in partnership Sincerely, with the Franklin Special School District will begin on June 3rd and will take place at 108 Johnson Circle. Breakfast and lunch will be provided for our children Monday through Friday. The change Derwin Jackson in location is due to the work that is continuing on the community center.

Neighborhood Watch Program A Neighborhood Watch program is being formed in our communities. All interested residents are invited to attend the meeting on Tuesday, June 4th at 6:00 pm in the FHA Board Room at 200 Spring Street.

Father’s Day is June 16th. Hug your dad.

With guidance from the Franklin Police Department, the Watch trains neighbors in home security techniques, observation skills and crime reporting. Watch groups are not vigilantes and do not assume the role of the police but rather are an association of neighbors who look out for each other’s families and property, alert the police to any suspicious activities or crime in progress and work together to make their communities a safer and better place to live.
