Our ticketing system has everything needed to manage ticket sales. We can offer:
www.ooii.com.mt has been in operation since 2011 as an event ticketing portal. Since our first successful ticketing event, the James Blunt concert in April 2011 at the Valletta Waterfront, we have continued to successfully collaborate with various event organisers, and have collectively processed almost 100,000 tickets through our online ticketing and event management tool.

TICKET DESCRIPTION All tickets are printed in A4 format and organisers may advertise products or future events in the spare space available. The following information is displayed on the ticket:
• Event name, date and venue • Section, seat, entrance and price • Permit Number • VAT number • Name of the person who purchased the ticket • Ticket QR code (used for scanning) • Sponsor logos

Ticketing and Electronic Access Control Our system provides the ability to build a custom seating plan as required by the client. The seating plan can clearly identify different sections, layout and pricing. Tickets selected by public users are locked for a specific period of time to avoid ticket conflicts. Once a ticket order is performed, payments are processed via a secure PCI compliant payment gateway. On the day of the event, each ticket is scanned at the corresponding entrance thus giving the ability to monitor the number of spectators attending the event and to remove the possibility of allowing spectators with forged tickets to enter the venue.
Ticket Sales We offer various ticket options: eTickets: Whereby customers pay online and print their tickets in the comfort of their home. Telephone sales: Ideal for customers who might not be computer literate. Customers may call ooii’s dedicated Freephone number 80074117 between 6 am and 6 pm and our friendly staff will help them with their purchase. Customers may either pay using their credit cards or opt for the cash on delivery. Ticket Booth: ooii.com.mt will setup a ticket booth at the event venue. This will allow customers to purchase tickets on the day. Complementary Tickets: Organisers may chose to either print their own comps through our event management tool or should they require we may print the tickets for the organisers ourselves.
Charges and fees: eTickets: All etickets sold through our website will be charged a 6% commission per ticket Telephone Sales: Call centre service is free of charge and above rates apply according to whether customer choses to pay by credit card or cash on delivery. Ticket Booth: All tickets sold from the ticket booth will be charged 10% commision per ticket. Complementary tickets: Complementary tickets issued by the organiser will be charged at 0% commission. Complementary tickets issued by ooii.com.mt staff on request, will be charged a 1% commission per ticket.

System Access and Reporting End of Day Report: An end of day report is issued by the personnel selling tickets via the outlets available. This reports shows the number of tickets sold on the day together with the corresponding total ticket value in Euro. End of day report sample:
Sales report : The sales report shows the number of tickets sold by each representative at all / selected outlets. The results can be displayed as a summary and also as a detailed view by ticket. Summary report sample:

Monitoring tool A mobile monitoring tool will be provided which shows all the required information about the selling of tickets, tickets scanned and the rate at which tickets are being scanned. The monitoring tool is updated in real time with every scanned ticket.

Payments Payments are always passed on less commission, as soon as they have been released into our account from the respective banks. However, payments are usually effected weekly one week in arrears.
Ticket Sales Tents/Booths www.ooii.com.mt will set up 1 ticket booth at the venue manned by 3 persons selling tickets 2.5 hours prior to the event. No fee for ticket booth, the 10% ticket commission rates apply.
Managing of Tickets & Seating at the Venue Organisation and placing of seats according to seating plan (seat numbers provided by MCCA) Placing and organising of seats together with placing of seat numbers – 400 euros per 1,000 seats If seats are already in position according to seating plan and ooii staff only needs to place the seat numbers – 150 euros per 1,000 seats.
