Life-long proponent of "let's go check out living in THAT country" is currently livin' in the Ozarks of Missouri & thinking that this is home.....for now. At least the art is going up on the walls! But don't look in the closets, for heavens sake! Part 1: Born '53. Grew up lonely in Kettering, Ohio & graduated from Fairmont East HS in '71. Left for college '71, Indiana. Moved to California, a non-graduate. Took my 20s to get to "know myself" while waitressing, partying & traveling as much as possible. Left for sailing adventures--a glorious year & a half before the mast! Sailed back to San Diego, lost my brother (Ohio), gave birth to my wonderful Summer, got married to (a most wonderful guy,) Paul, gave birth to my sweetie-boy Jesse (aka Jazzbo), finished college B.A., earned a teaching credential & a M.A. Got a perfect teaching job in San Diego at an Arts Academy for public schools. Part 2: Sold S.D. house & left job security/tenure-ship to teach overseas: Guatemala, Thailand, Romania, Pakist
