“Luxury has so many interpretations. I believe, it is most authentic when understood beyond the obvious. It all comes down to one individual’s expectations and needs. My luxury is measured by rarity and sophistication, access to destinations, services, individuals and experiences, which go beyond the mere concept of self-indulgence.."

VIENNA “The streets of Vienna are paved with culture, the streets of other cities with asphalt.” Karl Kraus Vienna is a city that embraces its history, which is so rich in art, music and culture. Some of the most famous composers of classical music called Vienna home, including Beethoven Mozart, Schubert and Brahms, as did artists like Klimt, Schiele, and Billy Wilder. However, the list of famous Viennese doesn't end with art, as the city gave the world many scientists like Sigmund Freud. Vienna’s history is relished and visitors can be immersed in it as the city offers many trails of its famous citizens’ work. Perhaps no other artist is more associated with Vienna than Gustav Klimt who lived and died in Vienna. His works of art are displayed in many museums around the city such as the Belvedere where the artist’s famous piece, “The Kiss” is on display. Another “must do” is to follow the footsteps of Vienna’s famous,

as seeing the room where Freud kept his famous couch at the Sigmund Freud Museum. Unfortunately the museum displays a copy of the original couch, but it is still fascinating. Pay your respects to the greats of classical music at their graves while visiting the Vienna Cemetery where the remains of Mozart, Beethoven and Brahms rest. If you are a classical music fan, there are several venues where the music of Mozart or Schubert is performed. But no one can say they have truly visited Vienna until they hear a performance of the famous Vienna Boys’ Choir, known as the best boys’ choir in the world. With about 100 members in the choir, they perform around the world but if you are lucky, you may catch a p e r f o r m a n c e a t t h e Vi e n n a Hofmusikkapelle at the Holy Mass in the Homburg Chapel or at the MuTh concert hall in the Augarten.

SAN FRANCISCO’S SWEET DELIGHT Remember those crazy ideas you dreamed up as a kid? The Museum of Ice Cream is the place where ideas are transformed into real life experiences, a place where flavors are mysteries, toppings are toys and sprinkles make the world a better place. The Museum’s design, featuring a variety of environments brings people together and provokes the imagination.

This is the description on the website of the Museum of Ice Cream or MOIC and the experience is exactly that, a journey through sweet childhood memories. Many guests describe their experience as an indulgence in decadence. The museum gives their visitors the opportunity to explore various rooms decorated with favorite sweets and provides great photo opportunities.
