feel part of the community.

Berwick Waters will be home to over 2,500 families, many of whom are already living here. Like them, you too will have a bustling town centre and already established local schools. Along with the water views, there are more than 10 parks, reserves and playgrounds. Add to these kilometres of trails to walk, ride or run, where you can get out and about, making lifelong friends. That’s the beauty of choosing an established community.

This waterside community is also conveniently nestled between Berwick and Cranbourne, ensuring every opportunity to pursue your interests.

Children growing up here can join the Scouts. Locals can play with a choice of sports’ teams. Find an opportunity to volunteer, or study for the job of your dreams. Just some of the many options for residents of every age and all within easy reach.

At Frasers Property Australia, we care about creating real places for real people. Our Community Development Team are here to help you learn about your new home, get to know your neighbours and bring you local initiatives to help you thrive in your new community.

Adjoining a two hectare Town Park, will be an impressive retail complex. The Berwick Waters Town Centre will host a supermarket, petrol station and up to 20 speciality shops. There will also be a gym and childcare so locals can do a workout or pick up kids, before grabbing something for dinner and filling the tank all from the same central location.
